Review 1：Minor problem with accessing internet the first night, but all OK afterwards. We would have made good use of a city map, but this was not available. Town college areas obviously pretty new but Town Centre area need a makeover

Review 2：Clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Shame it isn't a bit closer to centre ville or supermarche.

Review 3：arrived late ,could cater better for late arrivals, we waited an hour with four tired children and but for the help of other guests we probably would still be waiting.

Review 4：because I didn't include the 0044 prefix before my mobile phone number when booking on line I wasn't sent my code to access the key safe on the Sunday evening when we arrived. Reception was closed and when I rang the advertised number on the first occasion the staff member could not speak English and I was kept on hold for 14 minutes before I was disconnected. On the second occasion I telephoned the operator spoke 'broken' English and I could not understand my room number which was not helped because neither was it printed on the key. Subsequently I had to try doors at random to find my room which took some considerable time ;(

Review 8：The hotel is right on the sea front and there is easy parking, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly as our french is very poor. We had the garden apartment as we took our dog it had a lovely view , the room was very quirky and comfortable.We loved it and plan to stay there again.!!

Theinstructions to access the apartment, the parking and the internet wereall in French (they knew that I spoke English from my e-mails), so thatwas also unhelpful. The air conditioning did not work at all so we hadto open the window to cool it as full afternoon sun had heated theapartment, this was a problem as our apartment faced a busy street, sonot good with the window open. The bed was crammed into a small spacewhich made access difficult.

Review 37：We knew from Booking.com reviews that it was difficult to get access tothis accommodation on a Sunday so we sent no less than 3 e-mails inadvance to the management before they finally replied (just in time).So armed with the access codes we were able to access our apartment.The apartment had a small kitchenette which was great. The largebathroom had a very good shower with lots of hot water. We had acomfortable bed with a clean white duvet. We thought this apartment wasa little expensive for its isolated location, given that we had juststayed at a good hotel in Bordeaux which included breakfast for lessthan we paid here.
