Review 1：Friendly helpful Staff. Pool and sauna were deserted so we had the place to ourselves. Perfect! Great choice of restaurants nearby too with discounts for hotel guests. Every little helps...

Review 2：The hotel is located in a 'business park'. There was no facility in the hotel for a meal and restaurants in the business park offered a fairly restricted choice.

Review 4：Appalling service at breakfast time. Problem with stopper in wash hand basin in bedroom (severe difficulty emptying water from basin) - reported daily and not attended to (total of 3 days). Disgusting!

I am conservative in my usage of water but even being careful meant I had to use a towel to mop up the floor before anyone else could use the bathroom. The Jacuzzi could have been a little warmer. Electrical outlets in the room a little sparse for 3 people.

Review 12：There was a electricity supply problem in the two rooms we stayed in. We couldn't watch TV or use any (but one) of the sockets in the room. It took more than half an hour and three staff to finally solve the problem. Though the staff were nice, this kind of problem shouldn't occur in the first place, surely?

Review 25：We travelled with 4 Kids (14,12,12,9) a dog and cat picking up Filmprops in different citys from Berlin, Netherlands, Belgium and Vannes, Paris back to Berlin. Trying to make the best out of our "on the road" situation. Qualys Hotel was our best experience. All 6 of us had our own comfortable bed in a 2 room Family suite. Parking with Van and 2nd car no problem. We arrived late, restaurant right next to hotel was excellent. Kids made their own pizza there. The shops around the hotel turned out to be convenient, I needed an I phone holder for the car and found it right at the entrance of this electric mega store accross from the hotel. Crafts for the kids at register. Perfect quick shopping situation. We went back on the road relaxed and clean after swimming in the hotel spa pool. Breakfast in the hotel was great too. Fresh squeezed orange juice, croissant, ham and cheese, eggs, cake, cereal, fruit and more.

Moved rooms only to have the adjoining door open so guests in the next room could enter our room. ? Review 35：The hotel was difficult to find initially. It's in Vannes Ouest, in a commercial park called ZC Parc Lann. It is situated behind the Decathlon store. Best guide is to follows the signs to Vannes Ouest, then ZC Parc Lann and/or Decatlon (Or L'Eclerc). Not good if you don't have a car.

Review 36：Very clean, modern, efficient hotel. Good facilities, with pool & jacuzzi and some fitness equipment (but not a real gym). Pleasant staff. Good, enclosed parking (difficult to access with a trailer - but lots of parking space outside as well) In a retail park, close to a l'Eclerc Hypermarket, Decathlon, and with many restuarants within walking distance (however - these are NOT character, tourist restaurants like you would find in the town centre.. but very convenient and good choice). Hotel is in Vannes West, very short drive or taxi ride from Vannes (but too far too walk from town centre). We found it a good, short term base to explore Vannes and surrounding area.

Review 39：Soulless location in industrial/commercial estate on the outskirts of town. Staff were largely aloof and disinterested. Breakfast was a disorganised mess, limited, and very expensive for what was ultimately on offer. The 'gym' equipment was broken (running machine belt slipping and cross trainer buttons were pushed in) and were located within the solarium - and thus in about 35C and 100% humidity. There was also no water fountain and the towels were rarely replenished. Given these shortcomings, the value for money for this hotel was poor.
