Reviews for Hotel Le Trident Thyrsé
Review 1:- Room with "sea view" had a view on the neighboring building. One had to go on the balcony to see part of the beach. - About 15 minutes walk from city center.
Review 2:+ Friendly stuff + Close to beach
Review 3:The owner did not understand the word 'Superior' when asked if we had the right room. That's what we booked! No place indoors for bicycles. Breakfast was not a buffet but a set meal brought to the table. Would have liked to chose own breakfast!
Review 4:Location. View of sea- just! Interesting retro-styling.
Review 5:Outlook over the sea with balcony. Short walk into town for evening meal where there is a wide choice of places to eat.
Review 6:sounfproofing needs work
Review 7:this is a fifties time capsule and I loved it.
Review 8:The only problem was that there are a few steps up from the entrance level to the lift and you need to leave the hotel and come in by a different door to access the lift. But it's a small price to pay for the experience of staying in this hotel.
Review 9:We loved the feeling of living in the 1950s - everything was so authentic. It was almost like staying in a museum after hours. Also the sea view from our balcony, which was exceptional.
Review 10:Noisy road.Decor was very, very basic and felt cold , dingy andunloved.Bed was too short. Lampshdes melted from use of wrong sizedbulbs.Old and worn duvet and pretty horrible furniture.Dining area wascold and unwelcoming. Could hear the toilets and showers form otherguests rooms.Could also hear the dining room furniture being draggedaround. Ridiculous music playing in dining and reception areas.Towelssmall and very tight with toilet rolls and shower gels etcThe balconywas the only facility worth going to this hotel for.Advertsied as asmart deal, but the price was the same as anyone would have paid and Idont understand what made it a double superior room, thats a joke! Wouldgo somewhere else next time we have to be in the area.
Review 11:The balcony with fantastic sea views.Private parking and easy walk totown.Enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the sea andthe locals jogging and cycling. Nice to see people walking there dogsearly in the morning.Good pillows and a fridge.
Review 12:nothing. It was really a great stay. Everything was so nice.
Review 13:the 50s interior decoration, the breakfast in the room at the same price as in the living room, the sea view, the comfort.
Review 14:Contrary to what is said by booking .com there is no private parking available
Review 15:Cleanliness and very friendly, the tapas was good and lovely coffee and toast in the morning
Review 16:the rooms were not sound proof therefore one could hear the neighbours there were no meals not even small kettles to make tea except the very restricted French breakfast we missed the English breakfast, or at least egg on toast or beans on toast
Review 17:its on the sea front
Review 18:Fantastic location right opposite the beach, quirky 50's decor and friendly staff, rooms with a nice balcony and sea views. Basic enough but clean and comfortable and a short stroll from the town centre, what more could you ask in this price range?
Review 19:The vintage style interior was lovely. It was nice to stay somewhere a bit different. Very welcoming. Would definitely go again.
Review 20:Very quiet, clean, with stunning views
