Review 1：My credit card plafond was over and Ms. Nathalia of the Front Desk was so kind to get the approval from the Management to accommodate us without cancelling the prepaid reservation.
Review 2：Our room/apartment was on lower ground facing a stair so the view was not very nice. It was very practic although as we were staying with our two kids and they could run in and out on their own.
Review 3：The pool area was family friendly and cosy with pine trees shading. Very calm-it felt as we were in nature somewhere!
Review 4：Terras to small. Not enough gear in the kitchen.Only chairs for4.Lucky for us we were only 4 in appartment of 6.

Review 6：no cooker. no kettle. Tiles were badly cracked. no rail to help in & out of the bath. NO luxury at all. Furniture planky and home made looking. and a bit tatty, stained etc. Very thin walls , re arguments overheard , little children crying, and loud drunks. Pool was difficult to get out off.

Review 8：The patio furniture resin chairs were old and one collapsed while one of us was sitting on it . Luckily no one was badly hurt just a bruised elbow but it could have been a lot worse as are grandchild of two and a half was crawling below it at the time !!!! They came and replaced the old chairs when told what had happened and apologised but it should never have happened !! Also they said there was a stove in the kitchen and there was only a hob and a microwave oven . The sitting area was not big enough to seat four people as there was only one couch that seated three! The apartment can sleep six so where was every one to relax ?

Review 11：Internet wasn't work properly. We were 4 adults, 2 children's after the childrens get shower the hot water finished and we had to go out without shower and just got showerd when we come back and a very quickly shower

Review 13：French holiday apartments in general lack atmosphere, character and are poorly equipped. One sofa which can be turned into a bed in the living room is the only 'comfortable' seating area. This place was no exception to the rule.
Review 14：Good breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, croissant and pain au chocolat. Tea was good, coffee smelled like it had been on the hotplate for too long, but I am sure personnel would have made fresh coffee if we had asked. We stayed there one night and did not use kitchen facilities. Bed was good, airco quiet. Staff friendly.

Review 70：Helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Very good price. We stayed there instead of horrible hotel rooms prices in Saint-Tropez. It's only one hour drive (if theres no traffic jams). Good place for a brake in journey. Mind the recepcion open hours if you don't want to sleep behind the fence - if you woul'd like to arrive later call the reception and you would get acces codes to main gate and safe with keys to your room.

The room has one twin bed for a couple and a sofa for third person under which there was a matress for the forth person. The matress was on the floor. The room was not for two couples and we were not informed!

I was ready to sleep on a coach in the lobbywaiting for 5.00 pm Finally at 5: 00 pm somebody came Even if it is thepolicy of Resid hotel and that people are aware of it ,there must besomeone that can help in case of emergency. Otherwise when the frontdesk is open everything is perfect and the people at the front desk arevery helpful I heard some people very upset as the y could not getanybody to talk to after a long trip on the road. May be it is not toohard for you to fix that problem

All the shops were closed aswell. Also reception didn't work on Wednesday so we just had to leaveroom key in the letter box. So we had no one to complain to.
