Reviews for Hotel Plaisance
Review 1:I prefer a proper shower(fixed to the wall) not just a hand one in the bath.
Review 2:Friendly. Price. Location
Review 3:Sometimes nobody in the reception.
Review 4:I liked a lot. All very kind in this hotel.
Review 5:Rather worn, small room.
Review 6:Close to the motorway, good for spending a night while travelling. Nice little town with a market and shops.
Review 7:Very few restaurants nearby.
Review 8:The staff, friendliness. Parking easier than we thought it would be.
Review 9:No parking, had to park in the general car park which was a walk from the hotel. No functioning wifi.
Review 10:Good location in the middle of town, very good value. Good sized family room. We used it to break up a journey driving to Nice, as a simple overnight stop, fine.
Review 11:Hotel only opens at 4pm and the staff were late. It's on the first floor and the stairs look shabby. There was no hot water in the morning so I couldn't use the shower over the bath. It says 'check out up to 11 am' but I felt pushed to leave earlier as I was told that they were busy and had to make up the beds busy.
Review 12:Good location in the centre of town.
Review 13:The WiFi coverage during the night was out.
Review 14:Easy to find with car and GPS. Perfect location in the center. Very nice and cosy big room. Friendly staff. I like it a lot.
Review 15:The type of traditional French style hotels which is fast disappearing in favour of plastic out of town 'budget' establishments. Clean, friendly and fantastic breakfast!
Review 16:The room was somewhat noisy, due to the location (which is very convenient for the town centre but the downside is evening noise!). It was hot and so we had the fan working which was very noisy.
Review 17:The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Review 18:The lift's missing is a big stuff for the over 50 who stay at thetop floor...light breakfast to resume.
Review 19:Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are wide enough andsoundproof, close to the center there's only to step out to get themain square and the restaurants.Very safe and cheap parking some stepaway on the left...
Review 20:The entrance was a bit off putting, but once inside all was well.
Review 21:Don't be put off by first impressions. Is great for an overnight stay and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Good facilities for the money. Very good breakfast. I had avert. Good sized room and it was very quiet at night.
Review 22:Very comfortable with 2 adjacent rooms for our family of 6. Excellentbreakfast! Very French (not trying to copy American style hotels) andclose to a popular site we wanted to visit: La Grotte de MarieMagdalene.
Review 23:Only way to shower without getting everything wet was to sit in the bath holding the shower. Even then it was a choice between scalding hot and freezing cold water. Toilet left puddles after every flush (they know this, because they had put out a towel especially). Beds hard. French bread often had an overdone side, which we cut off because of carcinogens.
Review 24:Nice central Location and the overnight parking 200 m away is just 1.50 per night. Typical French breakfast with good croissants and two choices of cereal (both sweetened). If you arrive late they just give you a code and leave the key in your room. Quiet, despite being in the center.
Review 25:A nice room overlooking the main square, windows double-glazed. Friendly staff Very good value
Review 26:Very convenient to the town center
Review 27:I loved the ambiance of the hotel, but most especially the gracious hostess, Nathalie! Merci , Nathalie.
Review 28:Shabby room (not shabby-chik!!!); long time without repair; terrible audibility
Review 29:Location is good - that's all.
Review 30:Right in the center of the town
