Review 1：our room needed decorating rooms quite cluttered with an unusual mix of furniture-accessories no screen on over bath shower carpet in loo-which will get whiffy by end of season owners seemed disappointed that we didnt have all of our drinks and meals there we were locked out one evening at 10.45pm. drinks pricey

Review 2：location excellent-over the road from railway station. the room which had been decorated was fresh and much nicer. Easy 10 minute walk into La Roche sur Yon which is a lovely town-central square is great. staff and owners were pleasant and helpful food good cup of tea excellent

Review 3：The road is very busy at times but then it is opposite the railway station. Much quieter at night.

Review 4：If you like quirky comfort and have a sense of humour, this is the place for you. If you prefer bland city rooms then the Campanile is opposite at almost double the price. Run by a lovely old couple.
