Review 1：Toilet leaked, extractor fan broken in bathroom and kitchen. Bed had no headboard and there were yellow stains on the wall around the bed. Hob had cracked leaving a small amount of exposed wire. Children's area of swimming pool was covered in bird poo. Generally needed updating. You have to pay a 50 euro cleaning fee at the end of the stay but there is no cleaning completed at all during your stay. If you don't have a marina view and stay in the residence you overlook a slab of concrete flags, which is called a garden. If the trees were cut there would be a nice seaview. Other apartments relate their charges to the view of the marina from the apartments - from what I could work out it just seems random here and everyone pays the same price (based on booking.com info only). We felt completely ripped off. The apartment was nothing like the pictures on booking.com. We ended up forfeiting the cost of the room and left four days early to stay at an aparthotel in Biarittz, which was a similar price and excellent. Some staff were very helpful and others extremely rude (even arguing with others for having to refund the cleaning fee, when we had just forfeited £300 to leave, as it was not normal)
