Review 1：Impersonal. "Here's your key; if youcome in after 10pm use the code to open the door". No fridge in room.

Review 21：Rating of hotel needs to be reviewed; very basic facilities. LimitedEnglish spoken. Very expensive for what was provided however the hotelis opposite a very clean and sheltered beach.

Review 26：The attitude of the proprietor; We had booked a room with twin beds, wewere shown to a room with one double bed.The proprietor refused toacknowledge that some mistake had been made and became aggressive andangry when we refused the room. He claimed not to have rooms with twinbeds available and said we could leave and find somewhere else. ( At 5pmon a hot July afternoon in Royan?) We were forced to take 2 rooms withdouble beds.He would not reduce the room price so the stay cost us 214€in all. An expensive stop-over!
