Review 1：Sauna and steam room closed until 4pm.
Review 2：Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very central in town. Enjoyed the spa facilities which were no extra charge.
Review 3：Arrangements to check-in to the residence at the hotel reception at start of winter season (Sat 28 Nov 15) were a little disorganised (not told in advance or via a message stuck to the hotel door that no-one would be there until 10am)

Review 5：We were in Cauterets between the summer hiking season and the ski season. There was very little open and on a Wednesday night we had a hard time finding dinner.
Review 6：Decor a bit tacky and tired; views from the window not spectacular. A bath as well as a shower would have been nice.

The first impression was very bad: the carpet near reception was very dirty with spots, most of employees does not speak in English, the main elevator was not working, in the first morning were no hot water, etc. Incredibly high price for such a hotel. We felt cheated.

Review 13：- good pool facilities and steam room, sauna - a surprisingly decent restaurant in the hotel, which while is self service, served good food and convenient to be able to dine in hotel - decent breakfast - pretty good proximity to ski lift albeit a short uphill walk with skis and boots. Not bad though.
Review 14：The reveillon dinner: the price was too much and it did not include any drinks, not even champagne for the celebrations at midnight. I have never seen such a thing!

What should be a good restaurant buffet was spoiled by guests allowing their children to play with the food.

Review 40：The room had noise from a generator outside. Once we closed the windowit subsided but was still annoying. Other rooms we were offered, eachhad a noise of its own. Dinner and breakfast were far below all otherfood we eat on this trip.
Review 41：You get what you paid for. The room was nice size and clean. Thereceptionist helped us around with extra effort to make sure weunderstand where to go. Location is great to walk or drive to thepark nearby.

Staff did not acknowledge guests when they entered the hotel. There are swim suit regulations for the pools (must be speedo) which were not shown in hotel details.
