Review 1：Our only disapointment was that we thought the room we booked had a balcony to sit out, have a drink and admire the views but not available.

Review 7：Even with our visit in November the public parking on the street outside and a nearby car park was hit and miss as to whether you could get close by. So I imagine in busier periods that could be difficult.

Review 21：The room was very small and cramped. I think we had a room which was due to be refurbished. Drawer fronts breaking off when pulled. so little room to walk about. The staff were reasonably friendly but at 2240hrs as we returned back and asked for one drink from the bar we were told the bar clsed in 5 mins (why 2245hrs...instead of 2300hrs?) but the lady wouldn't just serve us a quick drink to take to our rooms even though it was very quiet and she was just sitting at the reception desk... i felt there was no real effort. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Coffee in flasks and no one checking if refills were needed. and a large steam food warmer with just one chopped up frankfurter sausage underneath (on two mornings). Eggs were cold boiled and could have been put it the warmer also. It was an expensive breakfast ad not the best.
