Review 1：Great location, within easy walking distance to sights of interest, shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff and excellent atmosphere with comfortable room and breakfast buffet worth the extra charge.
Review 2：This was a great hotel near the square and an easy walk to the cathedral , museum and river. Loved it! Loved Albi! Having secure parking in centre of town was great.
Review 3：We had a problem with the BBC news channel on the TV. The morning receptionist said the afternoon receptionist should have got a TV from another room but it wasn't a big deal given how good we felt about the place.
Review 4：Reception staff had excellent English and were very willing to help. Best pillows that we've had in the whole of Europe - that includes UK!! Brilliantly convenient for bars/restaurants and the city generally. Albi is a undiscovered lovely city.

Review 12：The pictures had led me to believe the hotel was in the country when in fact it is in the town of Albi itself. Because the weather was bad, we had to stay on the inside of the hotel which is not as pretty as the garden area.

Room was small though with every comfort including air conditioning and excellent standard of service from staff who were friendly and helpful. No evening meal available. Pleasant garden and grounds with adjacent parking and security entry gate operated efficiently from reception. Space is obviously at a premium at the centre of an ancient city and this hotel achieves a high standard despite this.
