Review 1：The location close to the motorway was ideal for travelling down to Spain. Pet charges were reasonable (only charged for one of our two dogs) Next door to La Boucherie Grill, pet friendly and good food.
Review 2：Good overnight stop on the way to the ferry. Advert mentions a bar but it was just a table inside the fromt door so not very relaxing. The restaurant is located next door, where the food and atmosphere are good.
Review 3：Room smelled of smoke and damp Bathroom not very clean. WiFi didn't work in room at all and poorly in reception.

Review 6：A lovely small Hotel that we used overnight on our drive from Spain to Paris. The room and bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was good in a lovely room upstairs.
Review 7：I wouldn't call it a bad experience, but the outside of the hotel lacked any sparkle. The grounds were untidy and not well kept.

Review 11：The is a sign at the reception stating WE SPEAK ENGLISH unfortunately that is not the case, no English spoken. We did get round it ok and it did not put me off the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times. As with all French hotels the bar and food services close very early.
Review 12：This hotel is perfect when travelling up from Spain. It is a ideal position to be able to make a channel crossing in the afternoon the next day. I also like the location of the hotel because it is just off the motorway and easy to find.

Review 15：-Didn't exist in the directory on the GPS. (There were 20 hotels listed in the area of Saintes) -We drove by it into the centre ville and had to ring the hotel to ask the location. -Pillows are two small and the bolster was too hard.

Review 17：Stayed in the annex. This was once a lovely Logis de France hotel but the reception / original entrance is no longer in use. The room was very small like a cell. The room needs to be totally revamped and a little imagination.

The staff were lovely and breakfast on the terrace was super.The hotel was very well placed for the motor way. We chose it for thatfact nothing else. Oh and there are a few restaurant and bars in closeproximity. We would consider using the hotel again if we weretravelling thay way.
