Review 1：The fact that some guest had a master key and entered my bedroom at 11:30 pm. That the bedsheets were not super extra clean as well as the duvets. Schoking

Review 3：the problem we had with my key !! thankfully, I had somebody with me with a mobile phone allowing me to get a solution for getting a key in the middle of the night

Review 4：The WiFi didn't work the night we were there, which was a nuisance!. The complex seemed to be far out from the city centre but, on returning from the town, realised that it wasn't really that far at all - depending on which way you went!

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, kitchen very well equipped. Bed and sofa confortables. Little extracharge for WIFI but it works good. Parking free outside the residence and in Vannes center just 2 Kms from residence. Supermarket (Carrefour), pharmacie, boulangerie available just in front of residence.

Review 10：Location is awful, on the site of a prospective industrial park, and nowhere close to the city centre. Wifi was not free and speed was poor. A fee had to be paid for new towels, and we were there for a week.

Review 14：The apart hotel is a nice one, but the price is somewhat high considering there is no cleaning and only limited kitchen space: it becomes a bit of an expensive small and limited apartement, with minimal hotel facilities. Especially considering that the internet and parking (and tax) still comes on top of the price.

Review 18：One is expected to empty the rubbish bin upon check out, but the previous occupier had not done so, and neither had the chambermaid. More of a concern is that the reception is manned only for a limited number of hours. I had queried this, in case of need, and was told that guests could call 9 at any time. I did so, as the next day the room had not been serviced and I wanted fresh towels. There was no reply! Sending an email was a waste of time, because I never got a reply. Price of breakfast £13 pp is inhibitive.

As reception is staffed for very limited times it is difficult to see how the sauna could be used in practice unless it were left permanently on. The receptionist was offhand about the sauna not working.

Review 29：The price was good if one doesn't mind paying for wifi, clean towels, etc. Parking is free, however. It got rather warm at night with the comforter being the o ly choice of a cover. We would have appreciated a single sheet but figured we would have to pay extra.

Review 30：On checking out the woman at reception told us that we had to empty the dishwasher before we could leave! Having just set the machine going, I refused. At that she very sourly said she would have to do it herself. I've never heard of such a thing. The unpleasantness of this exchange totally ruined our stay.

Review 31：This accomodation was good for a 3 night stay for our family of four. Room was sparse but comfortable, kitchette had everything incl dishwasher, good location next to supermarket and carparking. Our rate did not include servicing which was not a problem.

Review 36：Not a lot not to like about this hotel... I have to say that i agree with reviews which state that there isn't really the best location for walking around as there isn't a lot nearby (although there is a supermarket just across the road) so if staying there I'd definitely recommend a car. I didn't really need it but since they provide pans and plates etc, I'd probably recommend some washing up liquid and a washing up sponge/cloth. Although the bed was made and towels replaced the tea/coffee wasn't and after returning to the hotel I was glad I had change on me to take one from the lobby machine. At €0.80 for tea/coffee/hot chocolate it's actually good value :) The wifi didn't really want to work and when it did it took so long that servers kept timing out. I just gave up and enjoyed it without wifi :p

Review 37：A lot of plus sides to this hotel: very clean and comfortable, easy to park, spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. All seems very new yet feels very welcoming. Vannes is a beautiful area and a short drive away from the hotel you can enjoy some beautiful sights and lovely walks. The kitchenette in the room is a very handy feature although I only really used the fridge and most utensils and plates/pans/cutlery are provided. Definitely recommend :)

Review 38：I suppose you could comment on the position of the hotel being in a somewhat commercial area but it is so handy to the centre of Vannes it really did not affect our stay.

Review 92：Poorly located as a hotel, view of sewage treatment plant was far from ideal. No inclusive room cleaning for long stays (4+days). Extra for clean towels. Self catering facilities, Hob, sink, refrigerator were in (Bed)room. No-one wants the smell of cooked food in ones' bedroom!. These facilities were ,therefore, fairly useless. Understaffed and breakfast commodities tended to run out and not be replaced, meaning the later diners were not getting the same service as the early risers.

Review 107：Room not cleaned every day, which meant bins not emptied etc. No work area to prepare food. Wardrobe strange as nowhere to hang dresses? Top coat hangers were for skirts and trousers. Bottom coat hangers only suitable for very short tops so no where to hang coats or long items such as dresses etc. Microwave was a nightmare to work out even with the instructions, it didn't seem to work as directed. No shower gel in bottle attached to wall at any time and only realised once dripping wet. No dishcloth. Gym facilities minimal.

Review 109：really dangerous red hot water, with no warning. could not reach at all, the top coat hanger rail inside the wardrobe. Nothing to hold on to, stepping in and out of shower cubicle.

Although the locationis clearly out of the center, and it costs about 10euros of taxi fromthe railway station, there is an effective local bus system to you tothe historic district.
