Review 1：The reception and pool table closed at 7 pm. It would have been good if these remained open so thathewere was somewhere to go within the residence in the evening's.

Review 2：Nice clean apartment. Friendly staff. Bread delivery in the morning. Leisure facilities. Free wi-fi.

Review 3：The apartment was for 6 people, but it seemed quite small for our family of 5 with three young children. It always seemed there was no where to sit down. The beds were also subpar in terms of comfort and support. The wifi was also irritating as it would log off and require you to put in the username and password if you stepped away from a device for what seemed like three minutes.

Review 4：The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The pool area and fitness rooms were also nice. Overall the facility presented well with a well maintained appearance.

Review 5：Comportement de certains clients qui confondent piscine hammam avec métro aux heures de pointe, voisins qui marchent dans l'appart du dessus avec leurs chaussures de ski. Behavior of some customers in pool or hammam, neighbours bringing their (Noisy) ski shoes in apartments.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy apartments. Pool, spa and sauna, heaven on earth after a whole day skiing. Ski lockers heated and ventilated.

Review 7：the mattress of the double bed wasn't too comfortable, the TV channels were s bit poor and internet connection wasn't great, also the fact that there were only 2 available connections per apartment was a bit annoying

Review 11：Cold water in swimming pool and jacuzzi, appartment was also quite cold, until we asked to increase a temperature on a thermostat (located at the reception, not in our rooms); a TV set did not work, so they had to completely replace it. Location - a very ugly part of the village, but convenient for ski lifts and slopes.

Review 12：Clean, recently built appartment, very friendly staff, good size, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc for 2-bedroom appartment, nice spa. Fresh bread every morning at your door.

Review 14：Lovely spacious apartment. If any issues, staff were able to help immediately. Good location, 3 minute walk in ski boots to closest slope. Nice spa facilities, enough space for everyone even when it was busy. Should only have 1 wifi pass per apartment, but give us 2.

Review 16：Excellent value for a family. Two teenage daughters and two little children had enough space and freedom to really enjoy themselves. Great pool/jacuzzi. Everything you need in the apPartment. Easy access to the slopes, clean and attractive. Good boot room.

Review 17：The pool was dirty, the steam room broken and the changing facilities needed cleaning. The beds were too short for adults and the adults sleeping in the lounge were very uncomfortable. The kitchen was badly designed.
