Review 1：Staff great. Robert went above & beyond to help us fix a car hire booking after a mix up/communication error (we can't speak French). Clean, friendly, no worries.
Review 2：We left our heavy suitcases downstairs & walked up 2 flights of stairs to Reception. Check in was efficient by only 1 person in the small office.We went to our room & soon our suitcases were delivered by the very friendly female receptionist (who had insisted on carrying our cases up the stairs to our room On departure they were also carried downstairs) The room was a very clean, small double,with all that you'd need for 1 night. Mattress excellent. Room at the back of the hotel,overlooking the ramparts Breakfast,efficiently set out to easily help youself.Good contintental,
