Review 1：The beds weren't particularly comfortable and could do with mattress replacements.
Review 2：Super location, 5 minutes walk to old town beach and restaurants, very clean apartment and great for family of four with two children age 7/9 with the pool upstairs. A/C was essential in the summer heat and kitchen has dishwasher, washing machines and most everything you need for self-catering. Parking was a great bonus too.
Review 3：It was a very nice apartment, big and it had all the things you would need. Located right in the center really close to eveything. A nice pool on the roof, well worth using :) the lady in the reception office where we went to pay was supernice and let us stay later than 10.00 the day of check out. Definitly recommendable. Dont forget to buy toilet paper on the day you arrive :)

Review 14：The staff were great and accomodating. We requested a cot for our 3 month old son which wasn't there the first night and unfortunately we didn't get back to the office in time to let them know but we went back the next morning and within an hour of us letting them know a cot was delivered to the flat. Flat was clean and fresh. With everything you would need for both a short and long stay.

Check-in at the office is possible from Monday to Saturday, between 17:00 and 19:00. The office is closed on Sunday.From June 15th to September 15th, the office will open on Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00.Late check-in outside the office opening hours mentioned above carry a surcharge of EUR 30.If you expect to arrive outside the office opening hours, please contact the property in advance in order to arrange key collection.In the case of late arrival, the apartments will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after the original check-in time. No reduction in the original cost will be made.Check-out takes place at 10.00.Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment.Towels and beach towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost.Please note that check-in and key collection take place at: Avinguda Ave Maria, 23, L’Escala 17130.Please inform Apartamentos Mestral of your expected arrival time in advance.
