Review 1：The only little thing can be improved is probably the fact that there was no cattle or bottled water in the room ( water, tea and coffee is available in the dining room on the ground floor 24H). It doesn't really bother us that much. However, I thought it will be perfect if a bottle of water is provided in the room in case of late night thirst :)
Review 2：The moment we stepped into this lovely place, we instantly felt like home! It's not only the warmly welcome by the hosts, but also the little details you can find in every corner which are heart warming. I think it's by far one of the most unforgettable stay I've ever had! The breakfast was great, almost everything was organic air home-made. We can see how much the hosts take care of each of their guests. I totally recommend it to everyone who visits Vannes and wishes for an unforgettable stay!:)

Review 6：What was not to like. The welcome was warm and friendly. The bedroom decor had a musical theme, the bed was extremely comfortable and the ensuite shower room was large and had lovely toiletries and towels. The shower temperature control was a little temperamental but such a small negative. The room and all facilities were spotless. A small but beautiful terraced garden out back where one could sit and drink coffee, (which was always available) read or just chill. Literally a stones throw from the bustling port and restaurants but such a quiet haven. Breakfast was delightful – homemade jams, yoghurts and fruit compote. A range of different fresh breads and fruit every morning and the most wonderful Apple juice from a local distiller. Our hosts were fluent in several languages and very knowledgeable and helpful about surrounding attractions. Would genuinely recommend this hotel and to be honest I am not easily pleased. Would return in a flash.

Review 10：This is a wonderfully elegant and relaxing property. The location is perfect, just across the road from the old city walls. It really is the perfect place to stay in Vannes and we would have loved to stay longer than the two nights we allowed.
Review 11：A tiny niggle - directions to the free car park behind the guesthouse would have been helpful. It took us at least three times to negotiate the one way system before we eventually found it.
Review 12：A fabulous chamber d'hôtes, with beautifully themed rooms. We had the Patisserie, which was lovely. Pictures of cup cakes on the walls and appropriately themed ornaments. Very stylish. There is a little terrace where you can sit and drink your tea or coffee made from the machine in the dining room. Also a library to sit and peruse if you wish. A perfect location, only minutes from the old town and the spectacular flowered moat which can be seen from the ramparts. Lit up at night, it is a true spectacle. Breakfast next morning was a delight. Home made rhubarb compote, home made yoghurt, jams and marmalade, wafer biscuits, strawberries, granola as well as the usual croissants and pastries. A fantastic stay - we were only sorry we were staying one night.

Breakfast was typically french with delicious homemade yoghurt and preserves. They recommended a lovely brasserie in the old town for our evening meal. Will definitely use this again when travelling from the ferry.

Review 27：A little tricky getting the car to the front of the hotel with quite narrow sharply turning one-way streets and other traffic coming up behind but typical medieval road situation. Can't have the charm without the challenge.

The house is nicely renovated, rooms are charming, beds arecomfortable, the owner is nice and helpful and a good breakfast isoffered. Truly recommended.Although very well situated, it was not easy to find (even with GPS), therefore if you have trouble to get there, the best way is to look for St.Joseph’s Parking (a free public parking close to Villa Garenne).

The room was lovely and the bed so comfortable.
