Review 1：This hotel has provided misleading info at Booking.com, their office is at one location and hotel is at different location (over 2Km). No arrangement to drop from office to hotel, no one to guide how to go there. Hotel location is not good / full of wild plants Even French people find difficulties in explaining hotel address Very far from subway

Review 32：This room was certainly not suitable for 4 people (two adults, twokids). At the most, two adults. The room smelled of strong mildew whenwe opened it, and there was no where to sit because the room wasextremely tiny. The actual "studio" is not located in the samebuilding where the staff is. It was actually about a mile or so awayfrom the main building. The private parking mentioned was also not evenin the building where we stayed. It was in a separate garage house about6 minutes away. The pictures provided on Booking.com don't match theactual room we got. Ours much more dingy, nothing like the picturesprovided. The beds consisted of a tiny twin bed with a full size loftbed on top. The loft bed didn't seem very sturdy, more like it wasjust glued on to the walls. It seemed as if an adult were to sleep ontop, that the bed would come crashing down below. Also, this studio isnot for anyone tall. My husband hit his head twice on the loft bed abovethe twin bed as he was trying to get up.

Review 34：Very dirty and mouldy room very small .. My fiyance could barely fit inthe bed which was located on a construction like 10 cm from theceiling!! The staff was horible the girl in the reception rude thereception was licated 15 min walking from the room!! No assistance wasprovided we had 3 luggages and they only gave us map in order to findthe room! When we asked to check in 1 hour or at least 45 min earliercause we arrived around 1 we ve been told that the room will beavailable only after 3 pm so we had to wonder around in Malakoff whichhas nothing to do around for 2 hours!! It took us time to coordinatewith the map to find the room and when we arrived there was no internetand a sign in the room that was saying " if u need wifi there is aMcDonalds 5 min walking distance and there is wifi at thereception" we asked if there are towels in the room and they toldus yes!! We found only two ripped and old half dirty towels and therewas no elevator So we had to climb 4 floors with 3 luggages alone!!thebuilding was a normal apartment building and the guy propably just ownssome apartments that he rents out! Imagine we had the same entrancewith the next door room so it was a flat that was cutted in half tocreate two rooms ! The guys next door were heRd like they were in ourroom! No sound isolation! The bathroom was horrible and tiny and therewas no water for both of us to shower at the same day ! Hot water wasonly enough for one person!DO Not stay here it will ruin your mood andyour trip!!!!

Review 37：The studio was not at the address that I was given. On arrival at the address given there was a notice telling me to take the tube to another address. I rang the number on my booking confirmation and eventually a young man came to collect me and we went in his car to the 'reception' , a ground floor office about 3 km away. I paid cash, I did not receive a receipt. I was given keys and taken by the car back to the same general area as the address on the booking.com document. The actual apartment was in a side street about 100m away from the original address. The whole episode was very unsatisfactory. The details on your website are untrue and misleading. The apartment was very basic but clean.

Instructions to the apartment are awful and only GPS can help. We couldn't find the garage so we walked about and pushed the button until some door opened. Bathroom is the smallest we have ever experienced. Dinning table is to small for three. Apartment is on the ground level with the bars on the windows, but it turned out OK at the end.

We have to drive 5 more mins to park our car and go to appartment (Parking and appartment also located in different places). They did not mentioned it in the booking information, so I was superised.
