Review 1：Couldn't fault anything !
Review 2：Comfortable, clean & nicely appointed rooms. Full range of food preparation utensils; nice crockery. Close to good food shopping (Aldi). Location good for touring around; near to main routes, but little traffic. Helpful staff.
Review 3：No local bus service, axed five years ago to save money.This doesn't affect people with a car or taxi money but not for folk with walking difficulty like me as the beach is at least two kilometers. No phone connection to reception & the facility is very long. No instructions in the rooms about the hob or microwave, also no hair dryer.

Review 5：Door lock difficult to operate. Near industrial/residential area Relatively far from beach and markets had to drive everywhere. Staff was dismissive of extraordinary strong sewage smell at hotel, unable to sit outside or open a window. Clothes smelled until washed.

Review 29：Shower curtain does not help, so bathro was flooded. Door did not lock. Kids beds where behind a cabinet in the living room, so they had no privacy and could see/hear everything in the living room and kitchen.

Stove was very technical and took ages to actually getworking and then could only get one element working. No kettleLighting in bedroom is only bedside lights leaving the rest of theroom quite dark.

Review 46：This was a really nice, clean, decently sized place to stay, with a little outdoor area out the front. Can't complain, especially for the price. Parking also available on the street out front which was handy. Only 5 minutes drive from the old town.
Review 47：The apartment was underground. There were patio doors, but they opened into an enclosed patio, very like a garage without a door on the front. There was only one other strip of a window in the bedroom. The apartment also had low energy bulbs which took an eternity to get bright. Even in the day time you needed to put all the lights on. The bathroom had no window and no working extractor. All in all it was like staying in a cave.The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no kettle or toaster. There was no oven or grill, only two electric rings, one of which we couldn't get to work. The kitchen was also very small and even though their were only two of us, there were only four cups, plates, knives, forks, etc.There was a dishwasher, but there were not enough utensils, cutlery, crockery, saucepans, etc in the whole apartment if you used everything to fill it up.The shower was fitted upside down, so hot was cold and cold was hot. You need to do it wrong in the first place to realise this of course. The shower tray was very low and the shower curtain couldn't go all the way across as the boxing for the vent was in the way, consequently the floor flooded when you had a shower. The floor towel couldn't mop it all up and therefore the bathroom was constantly wet and we couldn't even hang out the towel to dry.The basin tap was the noisiest one we had ever heard and my husband is a plumber, so he has heard a lot of taps.The apartment also had a staircase inside which led to the apartment above, presumably so that the resort can join two apartments together as a two or possible three bedroom unit. A very peculiar set up indeed. The door to the other apartment was locked, but it was like living in the same apartment as the people upstairs as you could hear every word they said.There was a washing machine and I would usually use this, however there was nowhere to dry any clothes.

Review 49：Bedrooms sparsely furnished and double bed too small (140cm), not like king-size bed in photo. Provided only one air-con controller for the two bedrooms which was very inconvenient. Showing signs of 'wear and tear' and insufficient maintenance, which is a pity as it is a good design concept and overall, a nice place to stay.

Review 54：The resort is well deisgned, the garten and the pool is very relaxing and calm, it is a little bit far from the beach but that is its advantage as well, cause it is far from the crowd. Staff is also very nice and helpful.
Review 55：1)There are not enough parking lots, when you return late from city you must find place somewhere in neighbourhood. 2) lighting is very poor, not possible to read a book (except on patio but there you must constantly wave towards the movement sensor) 3) cooking stove too small, you cannot cook for 4 persons in 2 pots simultaneously.

Review 57：Not many points but the Wifi is not great for 2014- just not very powerful. This is probably completely unrepresentative of the resort but on a 5 night stay the water was cut off for several hours on two occasions. It was apparently two separate water mains that were involved so I think it was just unfortunate timing. The whole resort and surrounding streets were without water. I don't think either disconnection was more than 6 hours. I don't think it is typical but it would be an omission not to mention it. Some minor discount or perk would have been nice by way of compensation but none was torthcoming !
Review 58：The resort is a well managed collection of purpose built self-catering apartments on the outskirts of L'Escala. The gardens are maintained to a very high standard and it has quite a 'lush' feel to it. The pools are nice for children to splash in. The apartments are well appointed with good A/C and contain most things you would need for a self-catering trip. There is generallly easy parking on the road outside. It can get busy but it always possible to park for free somewhere.
Review 59：Hot water supply was erratic. Kitchen equipment is very basic.
Review 60：The complex is on the outskirts of L'Escala, on the edge of a housing estate, next to the main road and Aldi supermarket. Large kitchen, lounge, diner. We mainly drove to the very beautiful areas around the town. Top tip, if you like snorkeling try the stone beach the other side of the harbour, it is a bit of a walk but worth it for the amazing marine life.
Review 61：For the money we paid we expected slightly better quality (on the first night the tap in the bathroom did not work - had to be changed the next day), and also free wifi is strongly recommended to be included in the room rate. Bedding and sheet were not clean.

Garden is quiet and relaxing - really attracts my wife(palms,flowers,pools,etc).Twice I asked for help and my issues were resolved immediately. Important to mention that a car/bike is mandatory because beaches are so not near. Definetly my best staying this year.

Lascala Resort is very cozy and beautiful town with long sand beach surrounding with cedar forest. The beach is not so close from the apartment (20 minutes by walk) but for us it was not a problem. There are a lot of supermarkets (Aldi, Carrefour 5 minutes, Mercadona and Lidl 15 minutes by walk).

Review 120：Very little of consequence but a few points that could be improved upon.Wifi was weak in the apartment we stayed, Maybe it was too far from the nearest router. This would be less of an issue if you did not have to pay 5 EUROS a day for WIfi access. No kettle in an apartment for 3 people. You are heavily steered to using a Lavazza coffee machine, the capsules costing 0.60 EUROS each. If you want a cup of tea or something else you need to boil water in a saucepan (or bring your own kettle !) When I checked in I was asked to pay for the week the following day. I politely ignored this and was not chased. I settled my bill on check out. Most of the staff are very friendly and courteous.
Review 121：Largely as described on the website. Modern clean facilities. Very goodfor young families but it is not so dense to make it feel as if you areon top of each other. Excellent air conditioning and fantastically wellmaintained gardens. Easy to park outside on the street outside. Thepools are a nice feature although these are aimed at children or thosewanting a soak- they are too small to actually swim in.

Review 126：Big 94m2 family appartment with private garden we found as a basement. One sided windows facing east side therefore whole of the day there must be dark inside. Kitchen and one bedroom has no day light at all. These apartments are below street level and allow nice view to parking cars and garbage containers. To swimming pool one need to go around the building. Internet wifi access for 5€ a day is extremly slow.
Review 127：On arrival we had a chance to change appartment from originally booked, as website does not inform it is a basement (family apartment with private garden) to the one on the level of swimming pool. This is reccomendable. You can buy everything to eat in the neighbourhood.
