Review 1：Very bad, bad and poor WIFI connection. Condition of the kitchen equipment poor (washing machine didn't clear the wash properly)

Review 2：Very friendly staff, nice location (near the slopes). Very good material renting facilities next to the reception (20% discount).

Review 3：Sofa Beds were not very comfortable to sit on. Cooker was not the best as it took ages to heat up and therefore ages to cook anything. We had a lot of noise from chairs being pulled across the floor of the apartment above.

Review 4：Fab location and very friendly staff. Great that you could have your bread etc., delivered in the morning. Very good to have car parking underground. Lovely warm boots in the ski room.

Review 5：Service was below expected for the price. Examples: Reception was open only until 7 pm on arrival day, and we only got quilts for 8 people even though we asked for more. The person no. 9 and 10 were supposed to use blankets.

Review 6：Well planned apartment with lots of space for two families (9 people in an 8-10 apartment). Great location in the slope.

Review 7：First of all - access to shalet was always difficult (steps were coveredwih ice and were cleaned sufficiently), sometimes there was no hot waterdue to low pressure, once it was no water at all for 3 hours. Inside theshalet all doors were noisy and not well fixed. When those who lived 1floor lower than we started to use a fireplace - all the smoke was inour room. Bedding clothes and towels were not changed during 2 weeks.

Review 8：Basically we expected much more service and exept of location and sizeof apartment - nothing was weeting our expectations

Review 9：You have to buy a massage in the welness centre in order to access the pool and saunas which makes it virtually inaccessible or in another words VERY expensive. If they changed this, the accomodation would be flawless.

Review 10：Great location right on the ski slope. Comfortable and spacious appartments. We had one of the best ski holidays ever.

Review 11：A little bit remoted from the center and all the activities (exceptski); some cottages are located too high and far from the road andare hardly accessible with babies/heavy equipments; it's slippery onthe stairs.

Review 12：A perfect location in the middle of the slopes of Menuires - skiing"from the doors". Good apartment, equipped with all the necessary staff.Clean and spacious. Menuires is by the way the best place to stay at 3Valleys (imho). Free shuttle to the village center every 20 min.
