Review 2：Very friendly staff who managed to accomodate us for an extra, earlier, night. Good parking and excellent restaurant. Very convenient for the city and the station.

Review 3：The immediate environment - right opposite the railway station - is very busy and noisy and not specially pleasant, though it felt safe enough.

Review 4：Secure parking. Pool. A 15 minute walk to the historic centre of Albi, but that quite suited us, and I doubt one would find parking at a more central hotel. Breakfast , €10, was quite substantial.

Review 6：really lovely staff, reception, bar, breakfast and rooms. room 313 excellent base camp for semaine federale cycling holiday - air con and ventilation great even in 40 degree heat outside and loads of space. The facilities look tired which didn't bother us at all, as everything worked very well. Excellent breakfast. They wouldn't let us pay till the end of our stay and there was free parking easily available nearby, in August.

Review 7：The Hotel is in a good location with friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. The kids particularly enjoyed using the pool. There is ample free parking close by making this an ideal location for sightseeing in this lovely town.

Review 8：Hotel parking was too expensive so we found an alternative, but this was less secure. Unloading baggage outside was difficult. We had to park at the railway station and carry it across a busy road. The walk to the cathedral took 20 minutes; it was further than we expected.

Review 9：We liked this hotel and its restaurant very much. It is easy to find, opposite the station.

Review 10：The wifi cut out repeatedly. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, and there was not even a comfortable chair to sit in and read in the room. There were no extra pillows, air conditioning, or mini bar. The bar wasn't staffed unless you went to the reception and asked for someone.

Review 11：The hotel's ground level is delightfully designed with a comfortable bar, a reading room, etc. The morning breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the dinner we ate in the restaurant was exceptional. There is plenty of free parking on the streets around the hotel and it is only a short walk to the cathedral and the city's central sites. The hotel staff were very polite.

Review 12：- Pillows in the beds were very uncomfortable...hard and lumpy. - Even though WIFI was free - the service was not always accessible..all 4 members of our party experienced difficulties.
