Review 1：It was not mentioned anywhere that it is kosher hotel. The hotel was full with Russian people even the staff is from Russia, they could hardly speak English. The service in the restaurant was very poor, we had to wait a lot for the waiters to order some drinks and even if you arrived 30 minutes before closure they had run out or food. When we complained about it, they promised to prepare some food, but it never happaned. In the wellness area there were about 10 relaxation beds which were occupied all the time, so we could not relax after sauna at all. Anyway we could not speak about relaxation as these beds can be found next to the small pool, which was full with kids, shouting and jumping into the water. All in all based on the servise and the rooms (the size of the bathrooms were about 1 m2 ) it is maximum a 3 star hotel.

Review 2：Very nice staff, helped us to get arround. Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice tuch was tea with small snack served in lobby after coming back from skiing. Saunas were very good. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Review 3：Lack of mini bar / fridge in the room ( = 4 stars hotels ). If there would be a whirpool & a " dipping pool " close the the sauna, the wellness center would be " superb " ! ( it is " just " very nice " now )

Review 4：Fantastic food in general - excellent breakfast buffet with the great selection & excellent evening menus ! Very nice wellness center, especially swimming pool and the steam bath. Nice and comfy room, with comfy mattresses & pillows, quiet & green location with a big parking lot.

Review 6：Great, varied breakfast Good location to the ski slopes, especially Maiskogel, but not a central location if you like to stroll around in Kaprun centre...

Review 7：We stayed in this hotel 4 nights, it was very bad. The hotel is still not finished, everything is so raw. The breakfasts and dinners was very poor, the stuff wanted to 3 times pay more than it was in real - check you bills everytime!!! The room is completely different as you can see on the pictures, was very small. The bathroom was good, but the toilet had different shape like the cover and you always have to find the balance. It looks they don't have enough money to finish it. The pool and saunas are good, bud the floor is very slippery and my boyfriend almost killed there, they sometimes cleaning it from the water, but it's not enough, better could be if they put there some non-slip rug. Try to avoid this hotel.

Review 10：May I recommend that part of the garden room could be furnished with easy chairs to relax in for reading and gazing at the splendid view.The lobby area is furnished as such but is not as quiet and peaceful.

Review 11：As a grandmother accompanying my family with a 3mnth old baby and a 3yr old child I felt that I could rely on the staff to support us when called upon,which they did with great consideration.

Review 14：This is the new hotel which still fights with its smooh operation. It was funny to see that there are some construction errors which should be removed, hopefully. For example the layout of showers and the solution of their drainage must be a result of some lunatic architect...

Review 16：Only negative: the floor in the wellness area is VERY slippery...bring rubber soled flip flops! The hotel-supplied slippers are dangerous on those floors! Though on their behalf, they did have a staff member constantly squeegy-ing the floor to try to keep it under control.

Review 17：The staff was incredible. They were so unbelievably friendly and did everything possible to make us happy. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff even made vegan food for me a la carte. The hotel was still undergoing renovations so the room we reserved with a kitchen was not available, so they gave our large family two rooms for the same price and even threw in free breakfast and dinner since we had no kitchen.

Review 18：The hotel is not 100% finished, they are still working ! We haven`t been announced that we dont have chicinet even if in the reservation it was ( but they give us complementary breakfast every day - a nice thing to resolve the problem ) ! I think they have to hire more staff ( for exemple there isnt someone to help with le laguages like other 4 stars hotel ). Like a recomandation ( not a critic ) the people from front desk office should be a little more happy and should greet you when you pass near the reception ! There is no massage and fitness gym. There is no mini-bar in the room, no chairs and table on the terrace ( which is very big and nice - mountain view ). In the bath the drain in one of the showers didnt work. There is no free car to transport you for skiing like it was mentioned ( even if the bus stop is near the hotel @ 200-300m )

Review 19：The check in and out go very quickly and simple, all is new in the hotel, nice restaurant, very nice pool and spa, we catched a great offer in June 2014 and the price was amazing. They were kind to give us 2 apartments for the same price ! The staff always wanted to help and respond positive for our application ! The clean is perfect in the hotel, in the room, at spa ! The apartment was very big, the beds are very confortable, 2 pilllows, very nice ! They are cleaning and changing the towels every day ! There is enough warm in the rooms ( even the AC is not working ) ! The bath is very well gifted with Bogner stuff ( there was no hair-drier but when we ask they provide one, they give us more bath salt when we finished the first ones - little things but very nice ). Always clean towels at the spa,2-3 kinds of fresh water ( without paying), free small buffet every day from 16-18 !
