Review 1：The sink in the bathroom, it is meant to be stylish, but extremely small. The shower design isn't great, because when you use it the entire bathroom floor gets wet.

Review 3：The location was perfect for our overnight stay; just off our route. The meal we had in the restaurant was exceptional and unexpected on our stopover. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Review 10：standard rooms are all on the ground floor and are small and very basic. The comfort rooms are better but all on the first floor and there is no lift.
Review 11：Booked based on reviews - it was exactly what we wanted. It is on the south side of Tours and we were headed on to Bordeaux. It was clean and comfortable with free wifi. Be aware there is no lift, so if you have lots of luggage you'll need to haul it upstairs.

Review 15：Our stay was a Sunday night in early November. On arrival the hotel was deserted and locked up. Receptionist arrived shortly after to open up but we then discovered that restaurant was closed for evening - no warning of this. Poor sound insulation between bedrooms: woken by next-door alarm at 04.00 followed by TV noise (despite our complaint). Bathroom small. Coffee and tea provided in bedroom but no milk.

Review 17：Our room was next to the door that separated reception from the bedrooms. This door could be heard opening and closing throughout the night in out room. Didn't bother us too much though. A light sleeper may wish to ask for a room further down the hall

Review 19：No milk for a cuppa in the room though fresh milk was supplied in a nice jug when I asked for it, and only two tea bags - not good for Brits! Food and drinks are expensive - particularly the wine (in a country noted for its good but cheap wine!). No vegetarian meals on offer - luckily we do eat fish occasionally - and we were able to order a salmon starter and perch main. (The prawn starter listed was 'not available' despite us eating early in the evening.
Review 20：Position in a pleasant suburb near attractive countryside. Plenty of parking. Mostly excellent staff. Attractively decorated 'superior' bedroom with effective shower and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and pillows Proper wardrobe space with sufficient hangers. Room clean throughout. Nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner - the latter being waitress service with reasonable choice on the menu, though the wine was expensive.

It would be very helpful if the hotel could send the room number and pin code by text if you're scheduled to arrive after reception hours. A kettle provided in the room with sachets of sugar but nothing else: no tea bags, coffee or hot chocolate powder. In summer it would be nice to have a sheet on the bed as well as the duvet.
