Review 1：Not sure I would choose all inclusive if just bed and breakfast were available as it tended to tie us on to eating at the hotel.

Review 2：Location and surroundings were very good. Room was very suitable for our needs and the flat screen TV with hdmi input proved an added bonus other hotels have failed to provide.

Review 3：The property benefits from a quiet area and surrounding but is situated a short 10 minute walk to numerous restaurants and bars Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Review 5：Wifi was excellent. Stayed in junior suite with ocean view, very spacious and shower was perfect. Staff all over the hotel were very friendly and food was of a very high standard. Had a la carte dinner on last evening and received five star treatment. Food beautifully cooked. Stayed all inclusive, had to check out at midday on last day. Despite this you still receive all the benefits until you actually leave the resort which we did at 4pm.

Review 8：The food became a little repetitive and if you don't like pork you're in trouble because pork was served ALOT!! Pork stew, pork chops, roast pork, pork ribs, sliced cold pork etc etc. In saying that we could always find something to eat and the food was of a good standard.

Review 9：We had a room on the ground floor by the main pool which had it's own sun loungers on the terrace. This terrace got the sun nearly all day which meant you could sunbathe right outside your room and it was easy to nip in and out. Also the animation team were really good with the kids and my son loved Chachi the kid's club mascot. The kid's pool with the slides was excellent.

Review 10：Lack of staff. Slow evening service. Evening entertainment for young children only. Nothing for teenagers. Lack of comfortable seating in public areas. Ground floor toilets strange. Large modern facilities but far too limited. One toilet for either gender.

Review 12：Only moan is the 'Italian' restaurant which we could eat in once as part of the package. We were left waiting 40 minutes after our booked time, very little choice on the menu, the waiter was rude & we were still hungry afterwards. The buffet is better! All the same it was a tiny blemish on an otherwise excellent holiday.

Review 14：On check in when making payment, the gentleman seemed quite rushed & without asking, processed my payment with an AUS conversion. I was therefore overcharged equating to a loss of €50. When bought to their attention the following day, they admitted the mistake but offered no reimbursement or apology - even a drinks or meal voucher would have been appreciated. That aside, the room lacked some basics like a kettle (there was a coffee machine), plates & cutlery and the towels were quite small. I wouldn't choose to stay at HD again as we like to have the facilities to make meals at home if need be & a self contained apartment is more suitable for us.

Review 25：Really comfortable bed and pillow in a very pleasant good sized room with a balcony that received the sun all day and was completely sheltered from the persistent wind. Very amenable and helpful staff. Good location just far enough away from the bustle of the centre.

Review 26：The hotel is not really equipped for 'Room Only' guests. It was necessary to ask for a toaster and a microwave was not available. There was not any cutlery or crockery in the room. Should only be advertised as full board.

Review 29：we arrived for a week holiday 09/01/2015 we were immediately impressed with the hotel and surroundings and were offered an upgrade to a sea view at no additional cost. All the facilities were well presented especially the pool area and spa and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Review 30：The room we were in could do with some refurbishments, ad the door to the balcony didn't lock properly. We could hear the music from the nightclub until it closed at midnight each night. Other than at breakfast, it was difficult to get hold of hot water to make tea!

Review 39：We found the hotel rooms were very clean and we had a lovely room with sea view, which I would recommend as it is away from the noise of the pools and bar in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful and any problems were dealt with efficiently. For the first time ever we booked all inclusive and thought there was a good variety of food.

Review 40：The flights home were in the evening and the facilities for storing luggage and showering etc before leaving were not very good. This didnt detract from a fantastic stay.

Review 63：Never really had much luck with the free internet. While there was a signal, it had much trouble connecting, and once it did, the performance was so bad it was pretty much unusable. This was the same for attempted access from the lobby as well as from the room.

Unlike most people in this hotel, I was staying there while working and had to extend my stay for a few extra days. This was a bit difficult because of the time of the year, but the staff were very attentive to this and were able to lat me take advantage of a last minute cancelation.

We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially with the location and the staff in the reception and in the spa. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and cheerful! The room was large, clean and well equipped. The extra bed was quite big, enough for an adult. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Review 69：Reception staff were not overly helpful. No assistance with luggage ordirections to our room. Allocated wrong room on arrival had to insist onbeing allocted the room we paid for. Arrived before official check intime had to leave our luggage in foyer absolutely no assistance withearly check in even although I had informed hotel of arrival time. Nowifi at all in common areas and rooms although advertised as such. Staffat beach bar unhelpful and surly. . Information on hotel facilities hadto search out snack bar etc for ourselves.

Also when we booked out room the facilitieslisted microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge...I Used the'Fridge' on day one and all our food spoilt, I asked the hotelstaff at reception if it was faulty and was told t wasn't a fridgebut a cooler, I asked for a fridge as we had a toddler who neededfresh milk daily, I waited all day and asked 2 more times before wefinally got a fridge. I would stay in Costa Teguise again but not athd Beach Resort.

Also food in the hotel was lovely andgreat value with an all you can eat buffet for €15 or an Italian themedrestaurant for same price, pizza and pasta was all freshly made as youordered it..yummy.

Review 81：Confusion with my booking and when asked about minor difficulties I was informed they (the hotel) was overbooked, my response, hardly my problem as I had booked months in advance. Finding my room was difficult as layout, lifts and stairs can be confusing on arrival and desk staff could be a little more helpful bearing in mind that they know their way around you however are the visitors and do not. Also on arrival I found the lighting out of order in the public area on my floor which was most unpleasant. I must point out that once I spoke to a member of staff he set about correcting it IMMEDITLY. Shame the beach is so rocky and stony really not suitable for swimming except at full tide. Yes there are sandy beaches just a few minutes stroll away.

Review 82：Location is good. Safe and quite. Lovely breeze even when hot. Close to supermarket, bars, taxis and restaurants. Suite lay out great. Ground floor units are wonderful for families. I didn’t eat, drink or partake in any hotel activates so therefore can not comment. The staff with which I had any involvement was pleasant. Very suitable for a relaxing relatively quite holiday. You can choose to find live music if you so wish and livelier bars. Lovely walks, nice eating places, market on Friday nights if that is your interest. Great ice cream shops. Good mix of people from very young (babies) to Grannies and Granddads. Just a point of interest. I booked my transfers prior to my departure and quite honestly I found that was a mistake. Best just take a taxi from outside the airport. Just ask for the approx. price BEFORE commencing your journey. I found the taxis really good.

Review 96：Not too big; plenty of activities on offer ; hired bikes for a day which was good fun & cheap at 3 euros each. Helpful efficient staff. Clean & modern.

Review 97：Did not have enough bikes for our party. Only one pool bar during the day. We were in a large party and were constantly being told we could only get 2 drinks per person so 4 people had to go to the bar at a time each evening.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Review 101：For the price we paid for the room and for being all inclusive because we didn't have a green band they wanted us to pay for the use of the jacuzzi and inside leisure which I thought was a bit much.

Review 103：When we arrived we were allocated room 146. I had paid for a sea view, this wasn't a sea view. I went to reception to complain and they said they could move us the next day. They then moved us to room 320! Beautiful view but you couldn't sit out on the balcony because it was right next to the extractor fans from the kitchen and the smell was horrendous!! I was really disappointed and decided we just wouldn't sit out on the balcony as I couldn't be bothered to complain and move again. The entertainment was absolutely rubbish! Aimed at German people only and children. It finished at 10.30pm anyway and the allinclusive drinks finished at 11pm, after that you had to pay. The bar staff weren't very polite or happy either. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are German.

The "all inclusive" package provided plenty of variety in food and drink. The beaches, the seafront and the related leisure activities are all in walking distance. The bike hire should have been hired with a spare tube, levers and pump to repair any punctures.a lock should also be provided. Tea and coffee maker in room however no tea, coffee orsugar in room ... had to take it from the restaurant. Spa pools in spawere a cooler temperature after 6pm at night ... felt cold to get into,in my experience with spa pools they are hot/warm to get into, nevercold ... complained about this but was told it had to do with thetemperature outside and they can't change it ... ??

Review 127：We went for 9 nights for our honeymoon over Christmas and Nyr. Clean,relaxing, great food. The spa is great, good for the days when it'sa little cloudy and windy by the pool. Beds are so comfortable and wewere lucky enough to have a room with early evening sunshine and sunset.Good location, access to 4 beaches and 2 min stroll to shops andrestaurants ... tip: buy souvenirs etc at the Teguise market on Sunday,much cheaper. Although all entertainment in German we still enjoyed it... they did lip sync songs in English. Caribbean dancing 2 nights whilewe were there. Modern, clean and will definitely be going back if we getthe opportunity.

The windsurfing equipmentwith wetsuits were good and right by the beach - safe for beginners -and only 10 euros an hour. Review 130：Towels in the rooms not changed when they needed to be. Didn't expect every day but every other day would be needed as they sat damp. Very few English guests. The hotel catered for German guests. Entertainment in the evenings poor and in German. Reception staff could communicate in English but other staff very little if any.
