Review 1：On arrival, No service offered to take your luggages and be shown ur apartment. Daily bin emptying at least is expected which they carried out three days after we've used the room when the towels were changed!!! We were there for 7 nights and so I expected the cleaning to be at least more than once!!! No wireless connection except the old fashion and out dated pay as you used which is too expensive at £1 for 20 minutes access !!!! Communication was rather economical to say the least eg No poster or information as regard to the cancellation of a magic show one evening was very disappointing.

Review 2：The receptionist on our arrival had very good customer attitude and obliging. The kitchen staff were good on the whole except having only cold plates at breakfast time spoiled the lovely warmed bacon,sausages, baked beans and fried egg as these are already cold by the time you get your knife n fork out!!! Sorry, but I am sure U get what I mean!

Review 3：The apartment (327) was of a poor standard and badly in need of a refurbishment. Dirty patio Windows, greasy extractor housing, deep gouges in the walls, loose and cracked floor tiles and decrepit furnishings. Less than one star.

Review 6：room smelt of smoke allvthe time i was there..even opening the doors amd windows didnt help kitchen was very tatty/tired and the bath was filthy this is the 2nd time i have stayed here...the 1st being two years ago which was fine .so i thought i would stay again... but not next time in lanzarote beds were ok and the size of the room but in my opunion it would suit people on a budget .or young people who dont care too much needs money spent on it

Review 10：The apartment was quite shabby and hadn't been updated since the 1990's. It didn't matter too much to me, being on my own. Any couple looking at a romantic getaway would have been disappointed with the apartment, the furnishings and state of repair. The settee was fine, virtually everything else not.

Review 18：Some of the rooms need some TLC, and some are being upgraded for buyers of Grand Holidays packages, which are sold on site by a sales team. Also scratch cards are sold outside to get people in for the sales staff to sell them these packages. But we weren't hassled at all.

Review 22：The hotel rooms are dated and need refurbishment, modernisation. But you are there for the sun and location to enjoy. I p[aid for WiFi for 3 devices which cost me 27euro... but the quality and speed was very poor. At Reception the speed was fast but within the complex the service was very slow and very annoying, considering that I actually paid for the service.

Review 23：This Apartment Hotel is very close to the resort centre.... step outside the reception entrance and turn left on the pedestrian walkway and you are close to the beach area. Excellent pathway for those who enjoy walking. Turn right outside reception and you have the centre of the resort and resort beach. Lots of Restaurants, bars, a Spar shop to get those essentials we don't take. Food, water, drinks, even an ice cream to cool the heart and head in the warmth. The complex itself comprises 2 areas and each area has its own swimming pool. No loud music or noise. Ideal to relax absorbing the comforting rays of sunshine.

Review 24：The apartment was old, showercurtains were rotten as well as the doorpost. However, the rest was nice and price-qualitywise it was a good apartment. The breakfast was the same each day with not that much of choice (only egg, bacon, beans, sausage, toast, cheese, ham, disgusting jam and warm milk for cornflakes)

Review 25：The hotel was in the centre of Costa Teguise and near the beach. The pool was clean and big (2 pools!). The receptionists were nice and helpful.

Review 29：O.K. the apartments are tired and need some renovation; chipped tiles, grubby shower curtain and the bed covers and curtains need replacing. It is cheap though !! My major complaint is towels on the sunbeds; despite threats that they would be removed this never happened. This could have been resolved so easily as it was the same selfish people, same sunbeds, same towels everyday !!

Review 30：The location is excellent with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The pools are very clean with plenty of space around them. The complex has a very relaxed atmosphere and it was pleasing to hear the pool man singing as he cleaned the pool ! We will return early next year.

Review 50：This is our fourth time here in the Canaries, twice in Tenerife, once in Gran Canaria and now here but has never happened something like this! cockroaches everywhere! if looks normal! It's a distaste! My girlfriend was terrified. She has not slept nothing. The rooms are crumbling, plaster falling, we're not at all satisfied. It's a shame because it's a pretty and large structure.

Review 62：The hotel was dirty, staff were rude and unhelpful when my daughter fell ill with an ear infection (suspected from the hotel pool as 6 other people fell ill whilst there!). Shower didn't work properly in room, electrical wires were hanging out of the wall. Entertainment was poor. Hotel cares more about selling time share then looking after people who have paid to stop at hotel! We have been to lanzarote every year for the last 10 years however we will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Review 71：Dated apartment, no disabled parking, bumpy access road/pavements etc in and around property (though ramps are provided). No animacion (entertainment) staff or daytime activities. Evening entertainment sparse, not exciting. As we have no children, this mostly suits us, but could also seem dull and quiet without it.

Great pool and reception is manned 24 hrs a day which is useful as we are always out quite late! Location superb for the surrounding shops, bars, beach, etc.

Review 82：We firstly got put in a large family apartment which was great, then got moved the next day to our actual room. The room was obviously being painted the day before and was too fumey for us to stay in. When we asked for another room the receptionist was very abrupt but gave us keys to check another out and said that this was the only other one that they had so if it wasnt good enough it was tough. On first appearance the room seemed nice so we accepted it. On arrival back to the room that day it was absolutely full of mosquitoes so we had to go out to buy our own spray repellent for the room. We informed reception that it needed the floor cleaning which we didn't get but it wasn't a very good job. The room was also very cold and we noticed by the end of our stay that everything was damp including our clothes and the bed. Very unpleasant stay and I've stayed in many cheaper hotels before but never had these problems.

Review 119：20 euros per week just to watch TV in 21 st centuary 21 euros per week for WIFI that hardly works enough to even use internet The water pressure was so low that it was not possible to use a shower and the hot water ran out quickly for 4 people there was not enough hot water for all to wash let alone take a bath as shower was a dribble thererfore all bedding stank as previous occupants had not also been able to shower or wash properly .The bedrooms stank of a mix of old sweat and perfumes and alcohol of all types blended with old cigarrette smoke and damp as the tiny bathroom has no ventilation or window .Our stay was so miserablecaused by the lack of water pressure we stank and were quarrelling with each other as no one could get a decent shower all week. By all means You too should stay here just to experience this once in your life time!!!!!!

Review 139：We moved out of first apartment due to cockroaches in the sofa bed staffs answer to the problem was to give us a can of spray tho they moved us to another apartment after a couple of days complaining. The next apartment was crawling with ants and very noisy being on main walkway. It was advertised as having entertainment which is one of the reasons I booked it, however some nights there was none tho it was on the board in reception and on nights it was it mostly only lasted an hour or so. We never had clean bed linen and general hygiene was very poor. I suffer with copd and every night I went to bed I coughed badly and my breathing was bad this stopped when I moved out of there I'm convinced there must have been dust mites or something in the bed as it definitely affected my health . due to this I had no choice but to move out of there. It cost us £190 to move to another apartment but I couldn't take risks with my health. Iv booked with booking.com before and have another booking in may. I have always been happy with accommodation but must admit I was bitterly disappointed this time
