Review 1：It would be great to state more clearly that sauna and jakuzzi are quite significant extra cost (15 eur per person per hour). The availability of sauna was one of the factor influencing our decision to book a room at this hotel, but in the end we didn't use it.

Review 2：Cozy hotel, beautiful building, great location (3 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk to market, 10 min to train station). Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 20：La Baule has lots of one way streets so you may go round a couple of times before you work out the location, but once you have cracked it its easy. In summer parking might be tricky although in addition to the hotel car park there is public parking close by..

I did want to use the spa but it was being cleaned .I was offered the following morning but we were leaving. Perhaps it could be shown on the info page that out of season, some facilites are not available.

Review 35：Given a choice of 2 rooms, very clean modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. On site parking. Hotel 200 metres from the main street of the town and beech. Nice location. Hotel restuarant closed on Monday and Tuesday night, not a problem plenty of restuarants in the main town.

Review 36：Pictures on Internet were very deceptive and did not mention complexacross the road? Actually stayed in building opposite not at Lutetiamain building. No garden facilities or comfortable lounge area in whichto relax. No shower curtain in bath - floor became very wet as a result.
