Review 1：The room was well appointed but, because of the design, very dark at the back and not easy to ventilate, so my wife complained of the smell from the toilet through the night. The accommodation was also not very private as the partition with next door was thin and the sitting area outside the door was very close to the neighbours and not screened off from them.
Review 2：The rooms have a beautiful view across the swimming pool and up to St Paul. Our hostess was charming, the bed was comfortable and the shower good. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room was spacious, well equipped and opened out into a beautiful private garden. Included continental breakfast was plentiful and varied - more than enough for us! Review 8：It's not that I didn't like it but the walk into the town is quite a steep uphill trek for anyone. I quite enjoyed it but it was definitely a workout

Review 19：The way the owner treated us on arrival. She should have been honest with us about the overbooking. Future guests should make sure they get what they have booked and not put in the owners bedroom with all their personal photos and effects on show. Very uncomfortable situation and not at all professional.
Review 20：We booked a studio with a kitchenette, terrace leading on to the pool, view of St Paul de Vence and TV / WIFI access. On arrival we were shown to a room within the house with no view of the pool, no kitchenette, no view of the town and no TV or WIFI. The bathroom was full of the owners toiletries, the wardrobe and chest of drawers full of someone's clothes. I initially thought I had made a mistake with the booking but as I couldn't get WIFI I couldn't check on our booking through Booking.com. The next morning I asked the owner of the property why we were in such a room, she advised she was overbooked and if we didn't like the room we could leave! The owner should have been honest with us on arrival rather than hope we wouldn't query the accomodation we had been given. The situation was very awkward and we gathered that it was a common occurrence for guests to be put in this room. We did not wish to try and find alternative accommodation at such short notice, and as there were guests checking out we insisted we be moved to a room by the pool. The room was small, no kitchenette and very close to the other two rooms. We certainly would not rate this establishment highly.
