Review 1：The sound proof between rooms is very poor.

Review 5：We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Saint Paul! Typical Provence style, very romantic, comfortable and clean. Fantastic upstairs room with a view of the pool, great private verandah. Quietly located, great to combine Saint Paul de Vence with some relaxing time along the pool. Very friendly and helpful owner.
Review 6：If you have a car this is a beautiful chateau away from the hussle and bussle of the big cities in this area. Frantastic hosts who were very knowledgeable in the local area and make a delicious breakfast, especially their eggs. A great location to base yourselves to see so much of the French Riviera.

Review 8：We were offered the studio at time of booking, and accepted thinking it would be on par with the rooms described in the adjacent house. We found the studio to be dark and damp, with a musty odor. Guests in the adjacent house clearly enjoyed their rooms, and we would recommend you book that location.

Review 14：The B&B was hard to find even with a GPS. They need to put up a sign on the outside wall so you can identify it.
Review 15：The place was clean, comfortable, attractive and fairly well located. The owners are friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. They have sent the camera we left behind on to Barcelona where we will be going at the end of our trip.
Review 16：As mentioned to our host the shower was a challenge as was the flexible type in the bath with nowhere to hang it up thus requiring a struggle to wash hair etc. - only thing that detracted from our stay!

Review 19：Our room had a private covered terrace overlooking a serene garden. It is away from the clamor of town, and an excellent breakfast..probably the best I had my entire trip, was served on our terrace...fresh eggs from the B&B's own chickens.
Review 20：A Bath should at least have a shower curtain fitted so you can shower easily. 2 pillows per person should have been better, one for your head and one for cuddle.

Review 34：Just a couple if things to note: one if the rooms does not have a shower. On booking.com we reserved a room with a shower but, unfortunately, got the bathtub - a bit hard for an older couple to manage. The only other comment is that, while it is only a short way to St Paul de Vence, most people couldn't walk it as the road is quite steep but it is very easy to drive there and park in the parking garage at St Paul.

Review 37：We were not able to sleep until 00:30 because the kids were playing around (hosts live just below); we had to pay 8 euros each for the breakfast (isn't it call a B&Breakfast?) because we didn't book with them directly. We thought the payment had been done through booking.com but before leaving the place, we were asked to pay... cash.

Review 40：We loved the setting in a beautiful private garden. The room was tastefully furnished and the bathroom was very modern with heated towel rail, a very good shower and lovely Fragonard soap. The owners are a lovely couple who were very kind and helpful and cleaned the room more than was required and put fresh flowers in the room to welcome us. We loved the olive topiaries outside our room and the sense of tranquility. It is very close to St Paul and an easy walk to the village. Staying at Villa St Paul was one of the special aspects of our trip to France.
Review 41：Little hard to find, but if you use GPS navigation, should have no trouble to find it, the name "Ville saint Paul" is cleanly marked on google map.
Review 42：The owners are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the house keeping is unbelieve! I mean I don't even clean and tidy my own house as much as they do with house keeping.
