Review 1：The staff, the room, the food were all excellent. The front of the building is disconcerting because it doesn't look like a hotel but once inside it is lovely.

Review 2：On the two occasions that we booked into the restaurant, we were informed that there were no fish dishes available. Upon ordering the burgers the waiter returned to inform us that they were also not available.

Review 4：the restaurant was a flop. service was awful. we have stayed in many 'best western' hotels.this one is not a 4 star. felt like no one cared about it. the garden was a mess.we had a leaking gutter outside our room so it was wet through. only one chair on the balcony. there was a big party in the restaurant so the menu was withdrawn and replaced with 2 choices. the starters and desserts were awful. the water was warm tap.we were served by a waiter with a full long beard which he preened all evening! disgusting.no one knew what was going on.

Review 6：A really good hotel within easy reach of the old centre and marina although they are about 10 minutes walk down a slight slope. The hotel is modern, clean, has good sized rooms, friendly efficient staff and an excellent restaurant. Parking is available under the hotel, at 10 euro per night, with lift access to all floors.

Review 7：The lounge area was part of the reception area, there wasn't any where separate to sit and enjoy a drink except in the restaurant, which was also exposed to guests entering and exiting hotel. The outside area needed some TLC.

Review 9：They advertised a gym the main reason we chose this hotel. The very small room had 2 exercise bikes both broken and unusable. The few weights provided laughable. Very frustrating when hotels advertise a facility that does not live up to expectations.

Review 11：O was in doubt if my criticism wasn't too harsh, but am now stayingat another 4* hotel and it's such a huge difference that I am goingto share my opinion after all. First of all, I booked the stay 14 daysin advance and supplied a valid cc number with enough funds on it. Thehitek tried to charge me several times and kept asking for another card.Supplied the number of my other two credit cards. This has to be donewithin 24 hours, otherwise the booking is cancelled despite thecomforting message you get in the e-mail "don't worry, thebooking is still confirmed". So I was checking the details onBooking.com on the morning of my planned stay and the booking had beencancelled! I found out at 7 A.M., so you can imagine my surprise.....thecredit card was okay, so I suspect it was their problem. The weird thingis that I couldn't re-book....6 Minutes after the cancellation? So Icalled customer service at Booking and they tried to reinstall thebooking. Couldn't, they were already full. So I booked one night asI had nowhere to go with my kid! I booked the hotel because I wanted towork out every day and they advertised a gym and a sauna. This was a bigdisappointment. The gym is tiny. There are two bikes that don't workproperly and have some parts broken and then 1 rowing machine, two gymballs. That's it. The space is so tiny I can't imagine twopeople working out there. Also, it is dirty there..the floor, theballs..everything. I am glad the booking was cancelled, because it wouldhave been frustrating, paying the high price for facilities that arenext to non-existing. We tried the sauna...it's a joke. It's aninfra-red sauna. No shower next to it, so you have to run to your roomto cool down. Ridiculous. It's crammed into the same small space asthe "gym". The staff: Wasn't very helpful, not trying tobe nice or describe the facilities.

Review 18：We came to this hotel because of the gym, photos showed exercise bikes and as we were joining a bike tour we thought it would be a good chance to do some pre training. The bikes both broken, very small stuffy room. A couple of light weights. If you advertise you have a gym make sure the equipment works very frustrating.

Review 102：This is a new hotel and the "Plus" in its name is accurate - it is certainly the best Best Western we have used. It was very easy to find in the car, has a garage, proved comfortable and very quiet at night, is easy walking distance from the shops and port, so we would definitely use it again. We did not eat in the restaurant, but many others did.

Review 113：Why is breakfast so expensive in French hotels.This was no different 14 euros! I am sure there would have been plenty to eat and they did offer an express breakfast of croisant and coffee for 8 euros. They do offer a dinner and breakfast for 28 euros which is better value

Review 115：Overall this is a good hotel - these are just some small points thatcould have improved our stay: The keycard lift system failed to work ona number of occassions for us and other guests. There was not a minibarin the room. On the final day there were no spare tables in therestaurant for us to use for breakfast - all of them were littered withdirty crockery. The staff made no attempt to clear the tables. And mostof the breakfast had been eaten :-(

Breakfast buffet very good but a pricy. Rooms werevery nice for mid-price hotel and staff helpful and English speaking.

We had breakfast, it was a self service, with good quality product, such as fresh fruit, good break and copious cooked breakfast. Easy to reach the town centre about 5 minutes walk to reach the centre. The room was clean and comfortable with modern bathroom.
