Review 1：First allocated room had an unpleasant smell of stagnant water. Second room allocated only had a hand held shower head in shower and nowhere to hang towels.
Review 2：Wish it had a restaurant we could walk to easily that was a typical French Relais etc. local area ot easy to walk around.

Review 4：Only down side was the lack of air conditioning, but as our room was at the back we opened the window.
Review 5：The hotel was close to the main roads in and out of Tours and within strolling distance of KFC, Mcdonalds and a lovely Chinese restaurant. There was plenty of free parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Review 6：One of my single worst hotel experiences ever. We booked two rooms, a twin for myself and my wife and a second room with three single beds for the three children. However, when we were putting the kids to bed we found that the 3 bed room could not be locked from the inside. A knob to twist the lock was missing, with just a spindle protruding from the lock. The desk girl contacted the manager to ask what to do, and the response came back that he would look at it in the morning. (after we had left). So, our choice was to leave the door open all night (not good for the childrens security in a motorway side motel) or lock them in from the outside and leave them locked in till the next day (not good for fire safety). The managers response to this choice: NOTHING. He did not offer to fix it straight away or move to another room, or an apology, a token, nothing. He obviously didn't care about our predicament and wanted to get on with his evening, whatever he was doing. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel room that did not offer the facility of being able to lock the door, a basic requirement, you would think. As bad as that was, the response from the manager was worse. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Review 8：A typical Balladins - you don't pay much but you don't get much for it either. It was convenient for the facilities at Chambray and the autoroute. A good night stop.
Review 9：Hotel very dated and in need of refurbishment. Rooms are cramped with child size single beds and the bathroom is not suitable for anyone more than average size. The front rooms are very noisy as the Hotel is right on the main road. There is no air con so the rooms get very stuffy if hot outside as opening the window was not an option due to traffic noise. Reception staff were not very friendly.
Review 10：Local Chinese Buffet restaurant is excellent is you are willing to risk the lack of pavement from the Hotel. The Hotel buffet breakfast was OK. Breakfast staff were friendly and pleasant.
Review 11：The wifi wasn't working and hadn't been working for a few days. I only booked the day before my stay so the hotel could have informed me of this - as a business travel it was a key part of my stay. Moreover, most of the staff were disinterested and merely said it was France Telecom's fault.

Review 14：Compared to the accommodation at Balladins, Louviers this was no where near as good. Maybe I chose the wrong grade of room. Breakfast was average compared to other Balladins sites but this may be because it wasn't overly busy.
Review 15：Flavien, the receptionist on the nights we stayed, was excellent. Ensuring we had a reserved parking space and making sure we had everything we needed. His excellent English was an added bonus. Would stay here again but select a better room.

Review 17：Shower holder / bracket in both rooms we booked was broken - the cleaner at least would have noticed: should have been fixed before the room was let. Stain on sheets in one of the twin rooms we booked. Window fastening faulty so could only be closed or wide open - and as the window opened onto a flat roof we did not feel secure leaving it open overnight so tied it to the chair to try and keep it open but restrict how much it could open!

Review 42：The location is very convenient to the freeway, but you're basically in a suburban commercial district so there really isn't anywhere much to walk.
Review 43：very nice staff and they spoke English. very convenient location right off the highway. Very good buffet breakfast. Clean and neat--perfect for a good night's sleep for a night or two. Right next door is a great discount warehouse-type store--with fun bargains, such as jams, wine, cidre, even clothing.
