Review 1：To check in and get keys from the apartment you have to go to the hotel Andreas Hofer, not too far, but still. There was no tea can or microwave oven in the room.I booked the room on booking.com, the price included final cleaning, but manager insisted that i still have to pay the final cleaning fee, even though i had a booking confirmation which stated the opposite. Overall very unfriendly and impolite behavior of the administrative staff. If you made a mistake, just deal with it and learn from it, not bully your customers to get more money!

Review 28：I usually never find a moment to write a review...but this time Ipromised myself to do so. We booked a 40m studio with a double bed andan extra sofa bed for three people. Upon our arrival, staff was veryfriendly and surpised us by giving us a big apartment with two bedroomsand large livng room instead...and all this for no extra charge..justfor us to have a better comfort. I have to admit I have neverexperienced such a kind offer. Location was perfect, apartment fullyequiped and clean...I Have nth negative to say. The hotel made our stayvery pleasant. I give my highest recommendation !
Review 29：We thought it was a two bedroom and it was two beds and a sofa bed in the one room like a studio flat. Still we got by OK. No toaster or oven in kitchen, just two hobs.
