Review 1：The staff who animated the place - the activities were great and fun (archery, bingo, golf, zumba, etc.) - they gave a Diploma every night for winners at every contest. The food is great! a lot to choose from! The room is cleaned every single day! Another plus: Because we were on our honeymoon, the second day of our stay brought us a surprise in our room: a champagne and two glasses

Review 2：One lady waitress who would not let to grab a opened bottle with water, she took it of us and put this water in a wheelchair which it was with swill from restaurant tables.

Review 3：Staff completely useless. The welcome didn't exist. I asked the price for the breakfast and I ve got 3 different prices from 3 different people, obviously, working in the hotel. Very unprofessional.

Review 7：Cleanliness in the room wasn't really impressive....damaged bath, bath courtain didn't smell nice...silicon and rifts between tiles yellow. Pillows were disgusting, we could see all the stains on them under the covers. One of bed cover had old blood stains.......Dust on the furnitures, specially one under tv. We didn't pay much for the room, so of course we didn't expect to get best room, but still....it is 4* hotel and these things should't not have place. Only hotel we stayed in that you had to pay for using internet (20e for 7 days?).....Good to have a car cause it's good walk to the centre.

Review 9：The swimming pool area needs some investment, ie tiles missing in all 3 pools. It was clean enough but is past its sell by date unfortunately.

Review 10：We both thought the staff made the hotel, their pleasant laid back friendly demeanour was absolutely charming.

Review 11：There was no free wifi in room - only in the lobby and each extra person had to pay for their own wifi. This is not the world class standard any more.

Review 13：The room was basic. Fridge didn't work. Much further from the seafront and town than appeared in hotel information. No parasols at pool meant shade was difficult to find. Limited entertainment.

Review 15：The location seemed a bit grim and isolated - in the large lot next door was a building site that had obviously ground to a halt years before, although I felt safe on my own, walking past that to find somewhere to eat on my own in the wind at night was a bit weird. I had asked the lovely receptionist for a personal recommendation for somewhere nice to eat as a lone female diner and all he did was circle the main area. In the end I found a really nice tapas restaurant nestled in between and Indian, Chinese, Tex Mex place etc...

Review 16：The room and bathroom were lovely after a day of driving and walking in the wind. It was what I wanted, a quiet place to relax.

Review 19：Everything was perfect. I could not imagine better place to spend my holiday. The breakfast is amazing, with wide range of food. Even the champaigne if you would like to. The staff is aso very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Diverhotel staff! I will come back for sure :)

Review 20：This is the hard part, really struggling to think of a negative but heregoes. If you want other nightlife there is some choices about a 10minute walk away ( the Crown Pub) but for more action get a cab to thecentre of Costa about 4 euros max. Some painting could be renewed but asits seemed fully booked I would assume this most be hard to fit in

Review 21：Stunning entrance with a glass of bubbly on arrival totally unexpectedas we were on a B&B deal. Directed to our room which was on the 3rdfloor a bit of a walk but totally worth it as we were overlooking thequiet part of the pool and a seaview thrown in for good measure.

Review 22：The staff didn't know much about activities to do in Lanzarote. There is free WiFi in the lounge but not in the rooms, and the lounge WiFi is unreliable.

Review 23：Laid back and very close to the ocean. Accessible to a good grocery store. Has a very nice pool area and mini golf.

Review 24：The one comment i have is the maintenance, in the bathroom the doorframes were rotten, and the kit around the bath had to be redone. Also outside the balconies etc. Could really use some renewing and paint. Other then that we had an absolutely perfect stay.

Review 25：The hotel was great overall. We had breakfast only, that was absolutely terrific. All sorts of bread, fruits, pancakes, eggs, omelets, yoghurts, coffee, tea and other drinks. There were fridges in the restaurant where you could pick up bottles of cold water, nice with the weather there. Swimming pool was clean and well maintaned. At the reception they provided a map of Lanzarote and they were well informed about activities on the island. They would arrange a taxi for you or you could rent some steps. Location was nice and calm, about 15 minutes walk to town center.

Review 30：It is not a 4 stars hotel. I was expecting something more. Hotel is not situated exactly in the commercial area, you need a transport (or 30min on foot) to reach all costa teguise bars, shops and beach! Wifi is not working that good. Wifi not available in the room. We had one day problem with water for 2 hours. Air conditioned is not working that good.
