Review 1：Easy to get to, secure parking and very quiet. No view from window; in winter who cares though? Friendly staff even though we arrived tired and late. Breakfast very good value too. Soundproofing was good in our room, but in fairness the hotel was not full either.
Review 2：There were a couple of stains on the blanket. Not many restaurants in proximity. On our way back we tried to stop-over there again but were told they only had smoking rooms left. I didn't know they still existed.
Review 3：We used the hotel as a stop-over. The bed was comfortable. Room was well insulated to the outside, quiet. Airconditioning. Wifi worked well. Good value for money.

Review 5：Warm and helpful receptionist very welcome when arriving late at night. Best surprise to find air conditioning working full steam in the rooms in a heat wave, most hotels keep it off till guests arrive and then it takes quite a while to cool down a room.
Review 6：The wi-fi proved slightly difficult to use as it timed out quite frequently and there were no English channels on the TV. Neither point proved to be a deal breaking issue, however as the comfort of the bed and the efficiency of the air-conditioning were more important after a long day travelling.
Review 7：We first stayed at Ace in Brive in 2012 and it was any easy choice to break our journey home from Southern France at the same hotel again. Despite having seen three more years of use, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and a good value breakfast all made for a pleasant, enjoyable overnight stay.
Review 8：There was no WiFi in room, we took both smartphones to reception but the receptionist could not connect either. It would appear that you could only connect to hotel wifi by roaming on your own phone, which was a catch 22 situation. as we had no connection.

Review 31：Breakfast was tricky with twin babies, only one high chair for all the guests, so it was musical high chairs with other families. One gentleman sat himself at the biggest table ignoring the families that were having difficulty finding tables to accommodate their group. It was stated that there was bacon, but there was none left by 8am, it would appear that it is first come first serve, or in the case of the same said gentleman - first down, serve yourself many times!!

Review 105：Very nice sized room with a proper mattress on the bed which was very comfortable. It was very clean. \Obviously it was a new hotel so that is to be expected. There is a hair drier which would have been great had it worked. I reported it to the reception staff so hope it was repaired for the next guest. I will be pleased to have more Ace hotels to stay at in the future. Very good stay.

Review 107：I would choose an Ace Hotel over any of their competitors, the rooms were bright, very clean and well proportioned.The breakfast was very good and excellent value, I hope the chain will expand in Europe. We extended our stay for an extra night we were so impressed.

The breakfast is inedible, there was no cold meat or cheese, just scrambled eggs and cereals the internet took about 20 seconds to load a basic page, the air conditioning and even simple fan ventilation was off because "the next day was supposed to be cool".

Review 111：Our room was a family triple and had one large double bed and a singlebed. These beds were very comfortable when compared with other hotels inthe more well known chains. The shower room was large and clean and wasa proper room rather than one of those prefab moulded cubicles. Air conworked fine, and although we were overlooking the carpark and pointed inthe direction of the main road, we were not disturbed in any way bynoise. Breakfast was buffet style, plentiful and varied. A choice ofreal coffee or one of those machines. Very nice touch. As someone whomunches a lot of road miles in France and stays at many stopover hotels,this new brand is one to watch. I will definitely be back next timeI'm in Brive.
