Review 1：The wifi connection was very poor in the room. Last morning our table was given already to a new guest. A bit disappointing. The last breakfast is as important as the first one when you deliver such a high quality service generally.

Review 20：From my experience (and this is something I am planning to do next time) it is perhaps best to book in advance a room that is in the building by the lake and is actually facing the lake ("Haus am See") or the room in the "Haus am Schloss" that faces away from the Ritzenseestrasse which sometimes tends to be quite busy. But mind you - that is in no way a dealbreaker.

Review 21：An absolutely charming modern hotel that at first seemed like a gamble but paid off in so many ways. Will definitely return to repeat the experience during spring of 2013. Among the positives: Well equipped, impeccably maintained rooms that are a real pleasure to be in. Mostly very good service that has made me - a traveler probably uncommon for the place and with a poor command of German - feel quite welcome and relaxed. Consistently excellent restaurant with finely executed dishes and a pleasant selection of wines that almost never went wrong. Location that is slightly off the beaten track, but close enough to all the delights on the Austrian and German side of the border. Convenient parking facilities next to the hotel. All in all - very good value for money. The restaurant may be a bit on the expensive side, but worth it due to the overall quality.
