Review 1：The hotel was terrific, hosts were terrific, location perfect..10 minute walk to bay, area quiet! The breakfast room and the breakfast were better then many of 3 and 4 star hotels we stayed. Terrific facility for the cost....terrific!

Review 5：A formerly standard station hotel in the process of being transformed into a place with much individual charm by the lovely family running it. While some facilities might still be needing an upgrade, the welcome couldn't be friendlier and more individual, the owner even helped us fixing our car.

Review 6：On the first day, I called hotel that I would be late check in, so they stayed very late to waiting for me. Everyone in the hotel are very friendly and would like to help or answer my question. If I have chance I would like to go back again.

Review 7：No tea/coffee making facilities, single bed hard and uncomfortable. Nowhere to dry wet beach towels as bathroom was quite small. For the breakfast price, a hot option would be good (even if it was just eggs) and a greater selection of fruit for the muesli.

Review 9：The owners are charming, helpful and kind. It's extremely well run and very, very pleasant. It's a lovely walk into town - and being just that bit away from the dense tourist areas is perfect.

Review 44：This was a charming hotel, very clean, bathroom fixtures and windows looked brand new. The owners were charming, helpful, spoke very good English. While other mature travelers complained about the uphill walk from the beach, we found it to be the perfect antidote after overeating at our choice of restaurants. Very good value for money. Dinard itself is a gorgeous location, lovely sandy beaches with paved walks around rocky headlands, views of St. Malo and surrounding islets. Very relaxing.

Room slightly 'rough around the edges' - daughter caught toe on sticking out piece of skirting board - it gives the wrong impression and could be remedied easily. That said, would definately stay again.
