Review 4：This was our third stay at le golfe and it didn't disappoint. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms really spacious and the breakfast and breakfast room are excellent. It's like coming home, we can't recommend it enough.

Review 5：We were surprised to find kitchen sink, refrigerator and hot plates but, unfortunately there were no cutlery, plates or pots so it was not actually usable. WiFi kept dropping

Review 7：Location is very good, plenty of free parking, comfortable rooms and on site restaurant. Staff are very helpful. Use of free bicycles though it would be good if the hotel invested in more bicycles, as they only have 2 at present and they need to maintain them better. We regularly stay here and would recommend it.

Review 9：All the staff were so helpful and obviously led by a great manager, I think she should be promoted. Generaly the food was good with a very ampls breakfast. However, note the downside under what did you not like.

We were moving on to the Loire valley after two nights in vannes and asked for a nice stop on the way and the lady in the reception mentioned le Roche Bernard- a real gem that we had missed if it wasnt for her!

Review 13：Excellent value for money, 3 adults one baby in one room only €96 for one night, the room was very large and clean, lovely large bathroom and separate toilet room. Very clean, comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely restaurant and bar area with beautiful outdoor terrace and gardens. Very family friendly - travel cot provided and high chairs available. Location only 2km from the town

Review 14：only problem was, with my wife in a wheel chair we had to access the restaurant (which is one floor down from ground) via the car park. Had it been raining been a real pest .

Review 16：Our triple room (2 adults one 7 year old) was really spacious and had a view over the terace. We benefitted from a huge bathroom with separate toilet all which was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet plentiful and the restaurant great. It's a 15 minute nice strol by the river into the Port. This is the second time we have stayed and we are about to book a third visit - really great value.

Review 19：Walk to centre Vannes took 30 minutes or so. Ok for once or twice a day but no more in the heat! Water for making tea at Breakfast was lukewarm. Bar not open until 7pm so had to take "apero" elsewhere.

Review 20：Easy access with large gated car park. Friendly, helpful (my wife's phone was "en panne" and phoning home was helped by the receptionist) staff who allowed us to speak in French. Excellent (with one exception) quality of food with wide ranging menu. Clean comfortable rooms. Access to BBC to keep up to date with news.

Review 21：Since we've been staying the bike's have been depleted down to two and are very tired. Fortunately we had a bicycle pump to fully inflate the tyres. One of the main reasons for staying at the Golfe is being able to use the bikes.

Review 24：We regularly stay at the Golfe Hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Vannes. The staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good especially as we use the bikes that are free to hire to cycle into the old harbour which is not far and is a pleasant cycle or walk. There is plenty of free parking. There is a restaurant on site where you can have a meal or just a drink at the bar. In all excellent value for money.

Review 75：We liked the hotel very much. It was modern, with great staff and they spoke English better than my French. Located in a quiet location that was near the water. We had dinner in the restaurant on the property and it was pretty good. We travel a lot and this hotel was comfortable, well maintained and an excellent value. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Review 77：We had a triple room which unlike a lot of the hotels we looked at had aDouble bed and a single. A lot of other hotels have sofa beds whichisn't as suitable for a teenager. Requested a bath and got seperate bathand shower. No pressure from staff to have breakfast that was optional.Room large, comfortable, spare pillows and blankets. Plenty of plugsockets a must with a teenager when all gadgets need re charging.Although situated on a roundabout couldn't hear the traffic. Restaurantwas superb had set menu at various prices to suit and al e carte menu.Easy to find and good location to explore sounding area
