Review 1：The lovely Staff and discrete and very friendly management, our room, the location and the quality of interiors as well as the wonderful breakfasts provided by the delightful Marie and the high quality restaurant.

Review 4：Tiny Room, No Air Con, Car Park under Hotel too small for our Freelander, Staff unhelpful and not very good on supplying local info re: places to eat/bars etc.. Receptionist was not very caring or interested in fact our room was so small. Breakfast very tightly controlled, one basket per couple supplied with two croissant's and french stick that was impossible to bite as so hard! Overall stay very disappointed!!

Review 6：Perfect location only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Easily accessible to all amenities. Very comfortable room with trundle beds for our older daughters. The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The onsite restaurant was superb. One of the best three star hotels we have stayed with.

Review 9：Very nice and peaceful place, I've liked it very much. Very good location, good bicycle rent and delicious breakfasts.. Hospital and pleasant owners make staying at La Mascotte very comfortable and remarkable. There is only one comment, may be it's better to make some other scheme of providing Wi-Fi, as now you have to check-in every half an hour, which is not so convinient for I-net geeks:) I would recommend this hotel to everyone, who's planning to visit La Baule.

Review 13：Excellent location one road from the beach, and close to the casino. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Although they had made a mistake with our booking each of us (4) were given double rooms for single occupancy, as well as garaging for our motorbikes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Review 18：We had one room in the older part of the hotel and it was a bit cramped. The parking garage is tiny and will not accommodate vehicles with roof boxes so we were forced to use paid street parking.
Review 19：The staff were wonderful. It's a small hotel, more like a B&B, but we felt very comfortable there. We had the garret room in the new wing and it was fantastic for a family with lots of space. Sitting on the front porch having a drink is relaxing and delightful.

Review 22：No lift, which can make taking cases up the stairs quite difficult. Rooms are quite small and we had a pull down bed squeezed into the room leaving it feeling quite cramped.

Review 24：Poor service, cramped rooms, poor food. Frumpy receptionist. I wentthere because it was a Relais du silence hotel and I have always stayedin them but this was not up to their standard and I noticed that it isnot listed in their latest guide book, no wonder!!
