Review 1：We thought Breakfast was A bit disappointing given the price could have been a lot better choice.

Review 2：Very friendly staff and super place, the resort is very clean and smart!!

Review 3：The room was very small, there was no jug to make a cup of tea in the room, no bar fridge to store drinks. The wi fi only worked in the hotel lobby or restaurant and English speaking guests were not catered for on the TV channels as there were none at all on offer, even BBC or news. The cost of the tariff for what was offered was a bit high.

Review 5：The top floor room was very hot, no coffee or tea making facilities and the breakfast was awful as very little choice , no cutlery and no staff help

Review 6：The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was well positioned for the beach and had some nice statues for interest with a sea view but only if you want to look out of a high window in our room

Review 9：We missed having tea-making facilities in the rooms. It was nigh onimpossible to buy a decent cuppa unless you wanted wishy washy luke warmscented versions, usually served with warm milk!There was a charge if you wanted to park your car in the hotel grounds - which we chose not to do as there was plenty of parking spaces in the streets immediately around the hotel!

Review 10：The location was excellent. We went to La Baule for a sailing regatta,so we could either walk from Villa Caroline to the sailing club whichwas a picturesque saunter (45mins) or we could stay at Villa Carolineand watch the whole event from the hotel patio which overlooked the bay.The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.There was a problemwith the radiator in our friends' room and the reception staff arrangedfor a convector heater to be brought in immediately.
