Review 1：This hotel feels woefully understaffed and the staff that are there seemed undertrained and with little sense of purpose. There was no-one at reception when we arrived and the woman who eventually appeared (after a colleague had called her) gave the air of being utterly disinterested. Which is a real disappointment because it's a beautiful building - but given its "boutique" aspirations it's a shame there's no sense of any human personality or warmth towards its guests. We ate the "tapas" in the evening which were basically large plates of mediocrely flavoured meats and cheeses that had come straight from the fridge. Again, the understaffing was disappointing here as plates and glasses went uncleared and we were left alone for so long that even though we wanted another drink we eventually decided to simply leave our table (unnoticed) and retire for the night. The woman who was on reception, the bar and breakfast duty the following morning was at least cheery and pro-actively helpful.

Review 2：The rooms are great, stylishly (if coldly) decorated and the beds were super comfy. Great location for a stop off as its v close to the main roads and convenient to get into Lyon if you were staying longer. Breakfast was decent, if overpriced.

Review 3：No specific menu/restaurant food. Only Tapas and then only selection of meat and fish, no salad/vegetables. Although quality of good was good. Attentiveness of bar staff not great. But reception staff very good.

Review 5：We left our car in the car park and caught a bus just outside the hotel to and from Lyon each day. The hotel is a beautiful old building and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The girls on reception are exceptionally lovely as is the owner. Super cool decor and very comfy beds, rooms and bathrooms. Very convenient too. Loved it!

Review 14：Beautiful hotel in a nice setting. No restaurant but the possibility of having meals delivered to your room. Rather expensive but it is a "Boutique" Hotel and a good breakfast was included in the price. Helpful staff and secure private parking. Dogs are also welcome.

Review 40：While a bit outside of Lyon (which can be an advantage for sure - and it's just 10 mins of driving), the venue is super awesome. The old building looking like a 'chateau' is nicely decorated inside, rooms are big, everything is comfy. Breakfasts are kinda expensive (€17 per person) but include good coffee, fresh orange juice and other requests etc. The area is quiet and nice, parking is available. Staff was very friendly and helpful to suggest and arrange things.

Review 41：Hotel is more than superb, very nice place, good decoration, warm welcome and handful from all staffs. Breakfast quality is perfect If you want to away from busy and relax , refresh your life ,you must come here. I will plan to stay at least 3-4 days for next trip. This is the place you cannot miss when coming to Lyon. Home to home trip.I totally fall in love this place.
