Review 1:Felt immediately at home with the wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Great amenities in the room and throughout this Gite. Private parking is very convenient to the center of this beautiful Alsatian town.

Review 2:Bathroom is rather small and doesn't smell very fresh (flushing issue of toilet)

Review 3:Friendly owner, close to the centre, with free parking nearby, nice breakfast on the kitchen, good WiFi reception the room, nice starting point for touring the environment by hiking, cycling or by car, nice views, good value for the price

Review 4:Our host was great & very hospitable. Location was excellent only 50 metres from the main shopping street. All the facilities were good. Scenery was superb.

Review 5:Breakfast was supposed to be served in the room (which is their standard) but it was late so I left without it which is poor on their part.

Review 6:The give is located in the centre of town and is easy to find.Car park is directly opposite but it can get quite full. The room is a good double size with a comfortable bed.The bathroom is very small but it is en suite which is better.Plenty of local restaurants and choice ...they seemed expensive but it does appear to be a tourist location.

Review 7:The host was very caring in trying to meet the medical matter of my wife. the location is excellent and the town is beautiful.

Review 15:- bathroom

Review 16:- location - friendly staff

Review 17:Great location. Comfortable room. Very clean, quiet. Beautiful building.

Review 18:Stairs are a bit tricky and the wifi was all but not there.

Review 19:A very nice 200+ year old Bavarian style building. Small but personal. Our host was wonderful. Great view of similar architecture from our 3rd floor room. We would stay here again for sure.

Review 20:A minor thing. Bathroom is cramped but adequate.

Review 21:Fantastic location one minute from the delightful main street but in a quiet side street. And across the street from free parking. Very friendly family run gite. Communication might be limited if you don't speak French. Great value for money. Nice breakfast.

Review 22:With all the fantastic reviews that the hotel has received, it must be me, but I did not really feel comfortable or relaxed in the room. It was uncomfortably cold. There was so much stuff in the room that it was a visual overkill, if such a word/phrase exists.

Review 23:A well preserved two centuries old building, in the center of a 1000+ yeas old village. One of those that you read about in fairy tale books and stories. Do I need to say more. As far as the room is concerned, there are so much pots and pans and storage units..... in the room that it feels like you are actually moving there, rather than staying for a night or two.

Review 24:This is a simple family inn, done perfectly. It is not 5 star, but then if that's what you want , pay more and go elsewhere. there was nothing to dislike, about this place.

Review 25:Very friendly and helpful lady. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable large bed. bathroom was basic, but clean. Exceptional value for money. Stunning little town, an absolute gem . We will return.

Review 26:Wc had a bad smell.

Review 27:Good location, very kind host, lovely breakfast. Clean room, goodkitchen facilities, laundry service, quiet area near "citycenter". Very good start point if you want to explore wineyards.

Review 28:I liked everything, and was prepared to overlook the small bathroom as I was so delighted by this unique accommodation.

Review 29:We stayed at Gite Meyer-Liss because it is in a beautiful area, at the right price, and on our way through France to the ferry terminal at Calais. The atmospheric old house was converted 20 years ago to accommodate paying visitors and has not suffered as a result. The room we had was quite large and had a lovely big window with a window box and looked out onto other buildings of a similar style. Nearby is a public free carpark. The streets are pedestrianised and therefore quiet and with acccess to shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and provides everything you need. The owner has gone to great trouble to anticipate a visitor's needs, and she has succeeded. Breakfast was taken in Mrs Liss's kitchen at a big round table with a couple of other French guests. Breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh bread, cakes, cheeses, jams and the offer of eggs.

Review 30:A wonderful cozy hotel with a very frindly owner. We didn't find any drawbacks and recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Ribeauville.

Review 31:I have to say it is so wonderful. Location is good. Specially the kitchen appliances, you get everything in your room. Breakfast just ok. But the room rate is very reasonable, valuable.

Review 32:Friendly, helpful people. Good breakfasts.

Review 33:Steep stairway.

Review 34:Center of town. Microwave in the room.

Review 35:Adorable building, easy to find, lovely breakfast, working wifi.

Review 36:The lock on our room door almost refused to let us out.

Review 37:Good location in a small town. Close but not right at the busiest center,

Review 38:Excellent breakfast.Homely atmosphere. Great value for money.
