Review 1：Nothing really...I understand that refurbishment of some rooms will take place during the winter months which should make this hotel even better value for money.

Review 2：Second visit to this hotel in recent months, every bit as enjoyable as the first time. Received a free upgrade to comfort room with a seaview. Fantastic to watch the sunrise over the sea from your bed! Breakfast is good, continental style, enough to keep you going through the morning. Finally, your host Eric, is.charming and helpful.

Review 5：The room was very basic,very very good location for the beach but probably would look elsewhere next time for a nicer bedroom with a little walk to the beach. One tv channel not much good for the children to relax. Asked for a bath got a room with a shower.

Review 15：We arrived at noon and wanted to leave the luggage, but the hotel was closed till 3 p.m., although there wasn't any int information regarding it. Nobody answered the phone. Not all rooms have balconies, as it is stated here. But we were happy to change the room without the balcony for the room with the balcony.

Review 18：The location is great as it is just in front of the beach. The bedroom was large with confortable beds for us and the kid. The bathroom was clean with a separate toilet. The bedroom was at first floor and therefore easy access to the swimming pool. The staff is very kind and ready to help.

Review 24：The comfortable room and it's cleanliness. The hotel's position on the front which was not noisy at night although I stayed late September so it was a quiet resort then.

Review 25：Great location facing the beach at Canet Plage. Nicely placed aswell between town centre and port. Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on food but our family room for 4 was very large and more than adequate for our short stay. Best of all was the internal layout of the hotel. Some might regard this as a negative as the hotel might actually be 2 buildings fore and aft which have been linked via a small series of outdoor steps and patios. The pool is small and located to the side of the hotel between buildings (possibly as a result of the way the hotel appears to have evolved over time). If you like your hotels homogenised and predictable with trappings such as lifts then this is not for you. If you want different and somewhat quaint and don't mind embarking on a miniature adventure to get to the family room on the 2nd floor at the rear then, like us, you will appreciate this hotel.

Review 26：Price went up from what I had agreed to pay through yourselves. Booked a room with a sea view but received E-mails from the Hotel saying there were none available.Was then told there was a room left with a sea view but it cost more. I agreed to this. On checking we were reminded that the room would cost more than that published. The room was not acceptable. We complained and eventually got the balcony and sea view that we had booked but at a higher price.

Review 28：A bit noisy during the night. No free parking facilities nearby. My suggestion: if you give up searching a nearby parking place, leave your lugagge at the hotel reception and park your car in the center in the municipality parking next to Rue de Belgique. Payment exists from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. Next morning you might have a better chance to park your car closer and free of charge.
