Review 1：just that breakfast was later than I required.

Review 2：the bed, the pillows, the lovely bathroom,and the potential to open the window on the quiet side and sleep with fresh air.

Review 4：Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good off-street parking. A well-kept small hotel, only a short walk from the beach, with a great selection of restaurants overlooking the sea. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean.

Review 5：Nothing really. Could be a problem if it's hot as no air conditioner. I just opened the window at night and the room cooled down but the temperature didn't get over 25 degrees. The shower was a little small. I kept bumping the tap and knocking it in therefore turning the shower off. No lift. But they helped me get my 20kilo bag upstairs. Everything pretty good

Review 6：Location, wonderful owners,lovely room (a single room) asked for scrambled eggs and I got them for breakfast. They did a large bag of washing for me for €5, cheaper than using a laundromat plus folded everything. The owners were there to help in any way and kissed me good bye.

Review 13：I was angry because an amount had been agreed thro booking .com....for a twin room and the. We were charged more ......I thought what we see on booking was guaranteed by yourselves?

Review 14：Front bedrooms face the road so likely to have more traffic noise.Double glazed with shutters throughout though. Breakfast was on thebasic/continental side but adequate - go elsewhere for it if you wantvariety. Very little to say on negative side. I had a lovely 4 nightstay. The owner is a great host.

Small-ish buthas private parking, a decked terrace area, a couple of small indoorrooms to sit/read/TV etc. Owner can provide some soft and alcoholicdrinks - price very reasonable E.g 3 euro for a bottle Heineken. 5 minswalk to seafront, towards west end of La Baule and the port area.Bar/hotel opposite, nice bistro nearby (Grains de Sable). Was showntheir family room - had a huge double + 2 singles I think - loads ofspace. I'd definately stay again.
