Review 1：It was located in a port and not very attractive to look out the windows. All the restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday which were the days we were there so not much choice for dinner.

Review 8：Thought the restaurant menu a bit uninspiring, but in Ferrol on a Sunday night....Overlooks the naval dockyard which interesting but probably of limited appeal. Gardens in front of hotel badly kept and don't reflect the image of a Parador. Take a good street map with you; they don't seem to believe in them in Ferrol.

Review 9：Ferrol is at the end of the FEVE railway and a logical staging post. It's not the most spectacular Parador in Spain by far, but facilities and standards are reliable.

Review 11：Not an historic restored ruin but a lovely small hotel much in the style of early last century. Very comfortable, big room and bathroom and superb attention to detail.

Review 12：The hotel was unfortunately nearly empty so there was no atmosphere. This was an overnight "route stop"; there is nothing particular to make Ferrol a specific destination, other than a typical Spanish naval port.

Review 13：Very comfortable room, stylish hotel close to town centre. Lovely bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed with view over port. We were lucky to get a parking space in the public park right in front of the hotel.

Review 15：did not really like it...a little shabby for paradores but may be it had something to do with the fact that the area is not very nice...did not lke ferrol! the view from the roomwas towards the port but even that was not that great!

Review 16：I stayed in this hotel for 7 weeks in 2010 whilst on business in the port and found it to be excellent with a very friendly and effecient staff. My room this time was clean and tidy, but very small, with no proper desk or chair to work at and not enough room to have a comfortable chair from which to watch television. I am due to return to the port later this month for about three weeks and I asked the management to ensure I got a larger room, with a desk and chair.

Review 17：No kettle. Had breakfast one morning. The selection was ok but a bitpricey for what you got. You could get breakfast in a cafe down the roadfor well under 5 euros

Review 18：Location was good. Very near main shopping area and port. Staff werelovely. Always happy to help with any query. Their English was betterthan my Spanish. All staff very polite and friendly. Rooms cleaned welleven though our room was very messy due to small child. Lovely building

Review 19：We didn't eat at the restaurant because it was expensive. Also, thebreakfast was not included and was 16 Euros per person. There were lotsof small cafes in the area with dirt cheap prices that offered a goodalternative.

Review 20：What a beautiful, affordable hotel! It's located not far from the portof Ferrol, with a nice view of the water. The front desk staff was veryaccommodating and helpful. They spoke in patient Spanish with me, butswitched to English to speak to the rest of my party who didn't knowSpanish. They also let us keep our bags there after check out and calledus a taxi when it was time for us to leave. If we had driven, there wasa large parking lot in front of the hotel we could have used. The roomwas large and decorated beautifully with lots of wood details. The roomand bathroom were very clean with a nice selection of toiletries.
