Review 1：Situation proche du centre ville
Review 2：Although the staff are friendly and courteous this does not make up for the poor condition of the hotel. Its location is excellent but everything else falls way short. Beds and bathroom we're clean though.

Review 10：Very comfortable hotel which is close to the centre of Brive. Staff were very friendly and professional - warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very pleasurable stay at this hotel and we would use again when visiting Brive in the future.
Review 11：The hotel staff did NOT leave our room key out for us and reception was closed for the night. Our train was delayed by nearly 4 hours and we arrived so late we couldn't get into any other hotel so had to sit outside Chapon Fin from 4.30am until the staff arrrived - LATE! - around 8am. Really unhappy. they offered us nothing by way of apology and we had to ask to have some free breakfast. They provided a small pot of coffee.

Review 14：The bedroom and the bathroom are big. It was in the second floor, light-filled. It is very clean. The bed is very comfortable, very hard mattress. It is very good located, close to the city centre. On Saturdays there is a nice vegetable market close to the hotel.
Review 15：The interior, particularly in the public spaces leading to the rooms is in need of some tlc and does not live up to the image projected by the grand exterior of the hotel. Having said this, the rooms were clean, functional and reasonably priced for the centre of Brive.
