Review 1：I don't pay for wifi anymore in hotels and even the pay wifi was desperately low quality and expensive. Staff were not very helpful with my request to move to a quieter room - not road facing. In the end the room was fine.

Review 9：The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terribly flat. Thebreakfast was good but no dairy-free, gluten-free options. The staffwas friendly but was going to charge us for the mini-bar which wedidn't touch at all. Also, we were going to be charged forbreakfast which was included in our package. In one of our rooms thebreakfast wasn't included, but our small children were stayingthere and they wanted to charge the adult fare for breakfast; despitethe fact that we were told breakfast for children is free. Afterwards,they didn't charge us for the food but the mix up was incrediblyannoying and time consuming and if we had not checked we would havepaid about 200 euros in extra money.

Review 10：The junior suite which we stayed in was huge. I loved it. The otherrooms are really nice as well. And (most) of the staff are reallyfriendly. Plus it is located right next to the American Hospital where Ihad business so it's location was good for that.

Review 11：I requested a cot in the room by calling before, and was assured this would be done. But when we arrived, it wasn't there... This was remedied within 15 minutes though...

Review 13：Half of your staff seemed inexperienced. This may be due to us being there July. We had a unique circumstance with a family member in the hospital. we had to extend our stay 3 times and it seemed very difficult to confirm what we agreed on - not being able to print confirmations or email them from the hotel seems odd. for instance on our 3rd extension we had bfast included and didn't know it. Staff was helpful when we asked, but the best they could do was hand write the nightly rates....maybe, a computer system thing?

Review 14：Half of your staff was wonderful, polite, patient as we did not speak French well & responsive. We liked your lobby and price point of your restaurant. lunch menu and some items on dinner menu were delicious. We enjoyed the chocolate tasting in the afternoon. Bar staff was great

Review 15：This is a great business hotel offering an efficient staff, recently refurbished and well kept rooms. Compared by Parisian standards, the rooms are relatively huge. Keep in mind that the hotel has an excellent location if you need to do business in Neuilly or at la Defense but it is well away from major tourist attractions and does not have the easiest connection to the metro.

Review 17：The hotel did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed in a suite and it was perfect for us and our 3yr old. The hotel is in a great location to everything(Metro, Restauranrts, Grocery Store, etc) and taxi's are outside of the hotel every day if you need one.

Review 21：Well first the service is so poor for 200 eurosa night is unbeliveble. The staff is so lazy and not organized that they didnt even vacum the room but only towel and bed sheets were changed.They also ask tourist to give the a deposit of 300 € for the bar in your room, when that should not even be allowed to do in europe when you have already payed the nights you are staying. In the return of deposit they will hold 30€ of room charge,even tho you dont use the bar in your room,you will get in return 270€ thiefs of tourists. The room service is 0 they didnt even have milk avalible for the coofee maker in your room. Ice machine in the 1 floor didnt even work forthe whole time we were there 5 nights i payed 1000€ for this rediciolous hotel what a shame. My reservation said eiffle view tower never got that dont be fooled by advertising is all a lie. The manager of the hotel was so lost that she never had an explanation for anything. Over all me and my queen were so unsatisfied, plus if you had a car rental parkung is additional cost 21€. Wow they were the pirates of the tourists for them is all about money. Shamee.

Review 22：Rooms were very comfortable, warm, quiet and clean. Only 13 mins walk to metro into centre. Breakfast was amazing. Tv had English channels, area has beautiful buildings to look at while you're walking. Would recommend to everyone!

Review 97：Being on the top floor I had the rubble of the air condititioning plant on the roof all night. Oh and NOT cheap.

Next day the cc of my colleague who was another guest in the hotel !! just because they saw us together which amused both of us. This was reported to the management which apologized , but still this not professional at all
