Review 1：Airport shuttle should operate beyond 10 PM, subway station is next to the hotel but also close before midnight.

Review 3：Sound proof is not effective. The air condition was not working during my trip in the month of December. I was told the entire hotel has the same temperature. On corridor is was warmer than in my room. Old furniture, definitely not a 5 star hotel class.

Review 12：The hotel was highly toxified with airfreshners which for an asthmas sufferer like me it was tough and I was ill throughout the whole of my stay, i mean for goodness sake they had them in the lifts! The customer service manager and the reception staff just did not seem to comprehend well my suffering and assisted me to the best of her capability but I still was not satisfied i felt the reception staff English plus understanding of this language was very very poor, i also found them miserable and distant. I advise they all should go to a get a personality school.

Review 16：Downgraded us from 5 star to the 4 star and told us that was what we booked. With proof, they admitted they downgraded us and gave a free dinner, when we demanded they fix it. After refusing to change our room, they cut off our air conditioning all night (the lights in the control panel went red). It was like a sauna. The windows open, but it's loud with the windows open. Don't trust them.

The close proximity to the airport was the reason for choosing this one over the significantly more expansive hotel directly at the airport. It was a 20 minutes ride by the FOC shuttle bus, which runs every half hour, starting at 6.30 in the morning. Due to the favorable exchange rate this is very good value for money. Cannot comment breakfast since had none.

I though it was quite ameturish seeing that a room costs approximately US$ 140 per nite during exhibition events.

Review 73：The "shuttle" into town was non-existant. The gym was out of use one day for a wedding so I had (as a female) to walk through the hotel to use the poor quality gym. My keycard failed to work everytime I left the room so I had to keep going down to reception every time (I explained this to them and got no help). I was woken up every night at around 2am by people coming back to the hotel (and one time they set off the alarm outside my room - again I complained about this and got a smile in return). You have to sign into the wifi every time you use it (and if you don't use it for a few minutes it drops off), which is infuriating. If you are travelling for work - don't stay here, you are stuck with awful staff and tasteless food options. If you are travelling for pleasure - don't stay here, you are in the middle of nowhere with awful staff and tasteless food options.

I have stayed there twice now, after booking the first time I read some reviews, I was worried as some people had said the staff were rude and the food was bad. On both my visits the reception, business centre staff were great (as was everyone else). I will stay there again as and when I pass through.

Booking.com gave methe total price and the hotel was charging an exorbitant amount for thefirst room night. Booking.com didn't let me know that but rathertold me the total cost for all nights and then told me an incorrect (toolow) amount when I checked out early. A long story short...I Ended uphaving to pay way too much because it wasn't communicated to meproperly by the hotel or booking.com. Be sure and check the fine print.

Review 115：Entering a room in the evening of a very exhausting day which is not the room I specifically booked for. When I call the reception and ask for my Booking, receiving the answer of no available double beds and "will send you a bucket of fruits for your executive experience" Changing the room for a non-executive one, receiving the "bucket of fruits for the executive experience" but not any of the bathroom supplies of the famous "executive experience". Not being addressed to about any lack of availability concerning my Booking.com reservation at the Reception Desk when I enter the Hotel and pass a moment at the Reception Desk, but facing the truth when I enter the room, because I had been there, before, and I know what to get from an executive room.

Staff throwing room cards and bill receipts over the desk is not only discourteous but dangerous as, if my tolerance levels were not as tired I may have reacted differently. Room was small, basic and actually no better if not worse than the Airport hotel. I could hear every sound from next door. My partner and I went to the restaurant in the evening as we had little time before she flew out, only to be informed by the staff at the restaurant reception (in extremely poor English) that we could n't eat there because it was a group night????? the restaurant was empty with only two tables taken. I have never been treated this badly in all my travelling, using all classes og hotels. This was highly upsetting, I am Scottish and my partner was Chinese, did this have anything to do with that???, also, we went to main reception to enquire only to be given more attitude and panic from the person there until he eventually said he could make a reservation for us, I was resident there which means anywhere else on the planet that I can eat there?????? this is the main reason I chose your hotel 5* so that we could eat in house as we didn't have much time...... I suggest you put your staff through customer servce lessons in etquite and courtesy when operating in a 5* hotel. The door staff were actually more helpful, apart from one guy wearing a grey suit who acted like a thug... as I said, on any other given day, I would have taken most of these discourteous attitudes personally and there would have been a different discussion. This is the only time I have ever written an email like this to a hotel...should this not tell you a story..... Very disappointed

Review 128：Normal price is OK. I paid 144 € without breakfast because there was exhibition and I believe this is exagerated as the hotel is far away from the downtown center. Nothing around at night but near CNR expo center. Restaurant for dinner at hotel is very minimum / choice very limited. Not recommended.

Review 132：The male receptionist named Ali was rude and abrupt both wehn we first arrived @ 8am. Was not interested in assisting us when we explained my handbag was left in the taxi. When we returned later that day to check he again was rude and dismissive and made us feel like we wanted to leave and book another hotel. However as it was only for 1night we decided to stay. His attitude to us and other guests needs addressing and maybe a course in customer service would be appropriate for him. I have been unable to complete section 2 of the survey as it will not allow me to answer the questions. Maybe site needs looking at/amending.

Review 133：The room was great, amazing shower and food from room service was fabulous. The young boy and woman on door who greeted us on arrival were professional, polite and very friendly. Helping us to sort out a nightmare when my parnter left her handbag in the taxi which picked us up at the airport. Thankyou to them both - we really appreciated your help.
