Review 1：Wifi was not working for almost the entire stay and the room was over heated with no way to cool it down. No staff spoke english this time so was hard to get anything done or fixed.

Review 12：The wifi is amazing and fast and free. The pub next door is amazing andshould be supported !!!! Location was great and the rooms were very verycomfortable! Rooms are well laid out, big bathrooms and fluffy towels.All in all it was a great stay.

Review 13：The photographer did an excellent job of making this place look nice. Usually we look closely at the pics, but we were fooled this time. It seemed that it was built in the 70's, and that's ok if it's looked after, but it was very neglected, and the furniture was old. Our view out the window was spoilt by large old pot plants with nothing but dead grass in them.

Review 27：I think it's a little overpriced. The rooms are novel but nothing outstanding. The bathroom and separate toilet were quite cold with no visible heating that could be adjusted. The mirrors steamed up and stayed that way (opening a window would have made it colder!). I wouldn't expect a room described as 'Superior' to be located directly beside a noisy lift.
