Review 1：A minor detail was that the central hearing was not on but the wall mounted electric heater gave sufficient heat

Review 2：Well presented very elegant garden room with a walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. we stayed for 4 nights and the breakfasts served in there lovely kitchen were varied and excellent

Review 6：Wonderful hosts and so friendly. Homemade fruit flans with breakfast set out beautifully in the large homely kitchen. My room had a small patio and looked out towards the garden. Thierry was kind to drive me to the station for my journey to Paris.

Review 7：Small points: arrival at the Ferme de la Canardiere is slightly mystifying because instructions for the security gate are unclear - perhaps this information could be put onto the directions page on the website. More liberal availability of coffee at breakfast would be appreciated

Review 8：Although the house is quite near the railway the position of the room to which I was assigned made it utterly peaceful. However, it is possible that rooms on the first floor might be more exposed to noise. The breakfast is a joy because the proprietors are so clearly interested in food and many of the fruit ingredients are grown on site

Review 10：Very welcoming and friendly owners, excellent quiet location, big and nicely furnished room, very good breakfast. Don't be concerned about nearby rail road - it's absolutely quiet at night and almost so at the day time.

Review 12：Beautiful house, it felt like being in a French chateau in the countryside!! It was on the edge of town!! Lovely grounds with seating and outdoor pool (perfect when the weather is hot!!) our room was just gorgeous!! Bed really comfy!! Adored the breakfast in the kitchen/dining room!! All fresh produce!! Really friendly owner who welcomed you into her home!! Wonderful experience!!

Review 13：Everything was absolutely perfect! Room, bed, breakfast, lovely owners. Tea set and bathrobes were also provided. Location is great, easily reachable by car, close to the center and to the palace. Good value for money as well, if you count parking and breakfast. We would love to come back in the summer.

Review 18：Close proximity to railway although living next to a busy road we didn't notice too much. A bit of French would be useful although enough English spoken by hosts (I found it a little too fast for me)Toilet in our room a little snug.

Review 19：We chose this as an easy run from Dieppe but still within an hours drive for Versailles. 25 minutes out of Paris by train. Chantilly a lovely area. Food pricey but good choice. Comfortable and friendly and Breakfasts were wonderful.

Review 21：This is a splendid B&B in a beautiful little town. Our room was huge, tastefully decorated and super clean. The beds comfy with crisp sheet and wonderful feather duvets. Breakfast is fit for a king and it changed every morning with home made jams, fresh cakes and beautiful bread. But the real beauty of this place is the people who own it. Sabine and Thierry are amongst the most gracious, wonderful hosts we have ever met. They are attentive without being overwhelming, they keep a beautiful happy house and make you feel at home from the moment you step into their home. What a wonderful wonderful family in a really beautiful place.

Review 24：The welcome was superb and the breakfast great. We felt, not so much Hotel guests as family guests. Lovely people, Lovely Family who put their heart and soul into making your stay as wonderful as possible.

Review 25：It was near to the train viaduct which meant that you heard the trains - they didn't operate at night though so sleeping wasn't a problem.

Review 38：This is a very beautiful B&B set in an amazing country setting not far from the city centre. Our hosts were so gracious and made us feel very much at home. We were extremely happy with the our room, which was very large and beautifully decorated.

Review 39：We travelled by eurostar and 25min TER from gare du nord. Infinitely better than staying in Paris! Beautiful countryside, peaceful, fantastic hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Amazing breakfasts you look forward to all day. We spent 5 days here and had a really authentic french experience. We visited Parc Asterix, the Eiffel Tower and Chantilly castle during our stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Review 49：A train track runs on an viaduc near the hotel but it is not bothersome. It could be to some who are extremely sensitive to sound. Otherwise, a perfect location.

The house is magnificent, and our room was gorgeous, roomy, the bathroom modern, clean and a designer's dream. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Review 51：It is difficult to find even with a gps unless you pay attention to theemail the owner sends a day or two before arrival. The address shown onBooking.com is not found because it is a mailing address and not thelocation of the B&B. Once found however, it was very easy to get to.

Review 52：Our hosts were very nice and tried very hard to accommodate our everyneed. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is on theedge of town so it is nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent withfresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Truly a delightfulexperience.
