Review 1：The water in the swimming pool could've been a little bit warmer

Review 2：The apartment had a nice design, a beautiful view, and was very comfortable, the stuff was supernice, very good location. We would definitely love to come back!

Review 3：None. Perhaps a greater choice of English tv channels than 3 news channels (for the very few minutes you may want to look at the tv when there are panoramic views of the sea available).

Review 10：Our apartment was like an ikea showroom, staff very friendly, maid service frequent , loved the glass fronted balcony. Pool gorgeous !! Mostly German and Spanish guests so very quiet. No kettle but the hob was amazing and boiled a pan of water in 30 seconds.

Review 11：You can only find a soap dispenser in the shower and you can't move it from there. It means that if you want to wash your hands, you need to enter the shower in order to get soap. It's a problem when it's wet so an additional dispenser next to the sink would be nice because we had to buy our own soap. Also the cleaning could be improved. There were some stains on the floor and the cleaning staff didn't bother to wipe them properly. Cleaning is available 5 days per week and you are not provided with a schedule so you actually don't know when they are coming.

Review 12：The facilities have been recently renovated so they are in a great shape. Kitchen is fully equipped and very practical. The best thing of this place is the view. It's simply great. The location is also good. The beach is right next to the building. San Agustin is not that crowded and noisy like Playa de Ingles but still close to some supermarkets and restaurants. You can walk to Maspalomas Dunes if you feel like (1h one way). The pool is nice with comfy sunbeds etc. You can lie down on the pool and than the a short walk to the beach to swim in the ocean and than come back to your sunbed.

Review 27：- Unfortunately only two single beds in the bedroom. However, they can be pushed together to make a "double bed".- A bit too small/non-private for being three people (a couple and one friend). - Rather small variety of utensils. - No soap or similar in either bathroom or kitchen. - Very expensive wifi (we didn't use it). - Might be a challenge to park the car on the street, but usually possible. - Would be inconvenient to find assistance during siesta hours, but we knew that reception would be closed, so we planned in advance. - The receptionist was rather stressing during check-in. Too much information and too much hurry. - No water boiler. We had no use for the supplied coffee maker as it was for one cup only.

Review 28：Staying at top floor (no.8) in a One-Bedroom Apartment (2-3 Adults) fortwo weeks was great.+ Great sea view and hotel location (near the beach, supermarket and bus stop). Very quiet surroundings. + Very nice with swimming pool with toilet and shower. + Good hygiene in the apartment. + Big refrigerator with freezer. + Lots of storage and also hangers for clothes. Plus a hand-up place for wet clothes on the balcony. + Secure feel due to several locks on the windows. + We came in during siesta (reception closed), received the key from the cleaning lady and could start unpacking until the reception opened.
