Review 1：Air cond in the room is controlled by reception so you have to keep calling for adjustment. And on the day of checkout they turn it off at 8am (checkout is 12pm) The restaurant food was inconsistent, not sure how it is in the Michelin guide ??

Review 3：The staff was very rude. We arrived at 10 pm and asked for something to eat and they said was impossible. But there was still people ordering dessert. Not even a sandwich or something cold was offered. The room was dirty and the bed had blood signs and fur (probably used). They changed the room.

Review 9：The greatest asset to this hotel was Corelli who was the most helpful happy person we have ever met at a hotel. She informed us of the best areas to see and restaurants. We were riding Mont Venteux and she gave us so much encouragement and wanted to know how we got on when we finished. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were always answered with a smile. She informed us the business was run by her family and herself and this showed by how well we were looked after. Would go back again.
